    I enrolled my grandson for music fun time. $25 Registration fee was waived. I was charged $150 for his first Saturday class on June 25th and for the full month of July. He only attended 2 classes. I canceled his enrollment on July 9th because he contacted Covid. I also sent a copy of the Covid results. ******** states that she would take care of returning my funds . As of July 13th I have not received my reimbursement of $100

    We charge $125 per month for Music FunTime. 

    $25 of the fee each month go toward materials

    $25 for each class (months with 5 weeks, we just lose money on that extra class without charging)

     

    Two classes taken =$50

    Materials =$25

    Total: $75

     

    Amount paid $150

    That means you get $75 returned, not $100

     

    Technically July 9th was a late cancel and should have been paid according to the form you signed, but we did not charge because we are kind and understanding of your situation. 

     

    I have a receipt for a refund of $75 put back on your card on 7/11. That means you called out late on a Saturday, and I processed the refund the very next business day. I'm not sure why this has been escalated to the BBB but would be happy to provide a copy of the receipt if necessary.
