I work hybrid and don't drive to often in the **************. My commute is 40 miles each way when I do go into the office. With temperatures rising, I thought it would be a good idea to have the coolant flushed as was suggested in an earlier service. About 2.5 weeks later the overheating light goes on. Car all but shuts down on 101 loop. ****** made exit ramp to turn off the car. Since I had an appointment for that Monday for other recommended service, I limped the car to the service center. I explained the car is overheating and was not before the coolant flush. I said no additional work was to take place until the overheating was resolved. I was informed that Saturday that an air bubble got into the coolant and that was causing the over heating. They told me the overheating was resolved, so I agreed to the scheduled service. Apparently when I asked if the overheating was resolved, the answer was the issue caused by the coolant flush was resolved. After a week of the scheduled service, $3200 as estimated. I took possession of my car and on the next day it overheated. Limped it back to ***** They now did further research and found the radiator motor was failing and wanted more money to fix. I was upset that I was told overheating was fixed and they dug in their heels saying the coolant flush overheating was fixed. I feel they played with the words so I'd go ahead with the $3200 and have to come back with an additional repair. Had they done the analysis correctly, they would have found the faulty motor was the issue. After some going backs and fourths, they did offer a lower fee. I was too upset to accept. Car is 10 years old and blue book is under $1500, so putting more dollars was a waste in my mind. I am not a mechanic. They took my analysis and ran with it instead of doing due diligence.

They over charged me: they put new breaks, and replace the battery on my Lexus GX460 2018, with out including routine service ( tire rotation and oil change and without the price of the parts) they charge for 2 hours labor $985.25( their hourly rate for labor, I was told by the person who took care of the vehicle is $175) my total bill (including labor, parts, tires rotation and oil change) was $1585.00. I felt they over charged me and possibly doing that to other customers. zero star.
