    We ordered a wheel for my husbands E 46 . They charged my credit card $302.00and never shipped our wheel. This was done a few days before they closed their doors and we could not get our money back or our order.

    On October 6, 2024 I placed an order with e-wheels for new batteries for my EW-M34 and was told they would ship that day. I was told it would take seven to ten days for them to arrive. I waited the ten days but did not receive them so I called. I had to leave a message. The man that called back said he would check into the order and call me back. This went on every week and I never received an answer to what the problem was. Now their phone numbers are no longer ******** this point I would just like to get my money back. Im 77 years old partially handicapped and cant afford to lose that amount of money.Please let me know if you can help.Thank you

    I was sent a motorized wheelchair by this company around October 16th. But I did not order it. I dont know how they got access to my debit card or why it ended up here. It costs $1,324.00 and I would like my card credited with that amount immediately. Ive been trying for 6 weeks to get this resolved with them, but couldnt. On the rare occasions that I did get to speak with someone there, *****, maybe?, he said they didnt know anything about it. Which is absurd considering that their name is listed on the shipping label. There are three shipping companies, EWheels in *******, *********** in **************** and Roadrunner here in ********, ********. I tried having my bank contact them and they didnt respond. Ive made numerous calls to them along with some emails, again with no response. When I tried calling them today, 11/25/24, a recording said the two phone numbers I have were disconnected. I called the shipping company here in ******** (Roadrunner) and the woman I spoke with was friendly and said she would try to contact them. I will try to call her again today, 11/26/24 and find out if she found out anything. I am more than willing to help you with anything else that I can, so please dont hesitate to contact me. I dont have any photos right now, but I can take some today, just in case you want them. The *** number below is the Bill of Lading on the outside of the container. It is approximately 4-5 feet long, 2 feet wide and about 4 feet tall. It weighs over 200 pounds and is on a skid/pallet.     Three weeks after purchase on 08/14/2023, five times the tires blew up and came off the rim. I contacted the online dealer and the service in ******* numerous times - the warranty was not honored. Upon my request to purchase tires COD, no response was given even though the representative ***** promised to email me. I ask that the service either provides the tires and has them installed in my property - I am disabled, or refunds the $2,450.00 I paid and picks up the scooter from my garage.I find this purchase and a lack of proper services abominable.

    Hello This is ********* F **** now I'm filling a complaint against Wheel. I just got the scooter sent back I file against spinlife as well. it's taken a month. I have have missed ** appointment s Had to pay to ship a product back that came damaged. I want a full refund please. Plus shipping returned. they can also pay me the money we had to baby sit and storage. This company is awful.

    We purchased a mobility scooter for my disabled wife from EWheels via ******* on July 19, 2024. There were problems right away with the scooter not working safely and properly. The scooter died on her about a half mile from home, and I had to push her and the scooter back home. There were problems with the battery, lights and brakes. At first EWheels wanted me to fix it, but realized it was too difficult to fix, and ultimately agreed to send us a new one to replace the inoperable one.We received the replacement scooter on August 6, 2024, and it too had problems with the brakes and the battery right from the start, just like the first one. Once again, EWheels expected me to fix it, and never offered to have it fixed. This is like buying a new car, and the dealership expecting you to fix it. Never seen anything like this before! Meanwhile, my disabled wife is unable to use her scooter because of the unsafe brakes and unreliable battery. After many calls and emails, EWheels did agree to send someone out to fix it, but nothing ever came of it.We have reached out to EWheels letting them know we are not happy with their customer service and their unreliable new products, and at this point, just want our money back. My wife does not feel safe on their scooters. We currently have the second nonworking scooter here at home and would like them to pick it up, and sent back to them. It's been over a week since I reached out to them, and have heard nothing back.I wished we had done more research on EWheels before purchasing the scooter, since they are not BBB accredited with you and have a grade of F, as well.Knowing that, we would have never purchased anything from them.They refuse to answer calls, emails regarding this.     I ordered replacement batteries months ago haven't received them the unit sits collecting dust in my apartment, paid $600 for them no one answers the phone numbers provided on their website and no one returns messages, a scam company!

    Refuses to respond and will not honor the warranty. Made over 30 calls and no help. Will not send out a repair man. I have to pay someone to come out to repair as they wont help in anyway They REFUSE to refund or repair. This is my only means of transportation. This has been going on since June *******. Stopped in May. PLEASE HELP.

    On April 26, 2024 I paid mobility city scooters, In Lutz fl. $850.00 . To order a brand new rear axle. For my EW -72 Mobility scooter. Which they said I needed. After coming out to my place to repair it a month earlier.They ordered the part from E Wheels the company I bought my scooter from in 2022.After a month the part had not come. And I called ****** of mobility city to ask the status of the order. Ph # ***********. He replied he called and left text messages with ewheels. But they was not returning his communication attempts.So I took it on to inquire with ewheels by calling their technical support ph# **********. And spoke with a guy who after explaining my situation said he would look into, and calle back. But never called me back. But I called back a couple weeks later and the same guy seemed to not remember me. And I had to explain my situation to him again. And he told me the same thing again. Finally I realized I was getting the runaround as of this writing 7 / 15/ 24 it been two and a half months the order for my rear axle was ordered. And I'm still waiting on it I would appreciate if someone would look into this matter for me.Sincerely: *******************************
