            If give no stars if possible. Guarantees money back of not satisfied. Paid ***** for this and when I tried to return it they said I'd get ***** plus I'd pay for shipping. Ended up giving me ***** if I kept it. Do not buy this product from the company.

            My very playful dog (2-year old Golden) is very unimpressed with the interactive ball. It simply does not interest her the way a $6 Nerf ball from ******* does.

            I'm disappointed that the replacement grinder tips that I ordered and paid for with the grinder did not come. I have reached out to the company telling them this and have heard nothing back. I'd like to receive what I paid for!

            My dog LOVES the interactive ball! She is a small dog so she can't pick it up but she chases and barks at the ball, keeps her interested and not sleeping all day. I received last Thursday, charged it up and it worked well for only a couple of days. I have sent 3 requests regarding this with no reply at all. I can't close the ball tightly or it doesn't roll, so I loosen it a little and it works until it unscrews itself and falls into 2 pieces. Maybe this one is defective, would like another but no one cares to reply in any fashion.

            The ball does not roll easily on carpet, and my dog ( Husky lab mix) wants to chew it. Would be better with chewable material on the ball rather than plastic.

It is not supposed to be an instant fix, we recommend working with the device and the dog alongside with strong vocal commands and the train, treat and repeat method. We offer a 30 day return period from the date of delivery for you to get the full effect of training with the device.
