Hello, I went to PetSmart, and I saw this cute chameleon scratching the glass an looking at me, I immediately had a connection with it. So I was doing my research so I could buy one I called the store and spoke to the reptile department and the guy in charge of taking care of the chameleon, and he told me, "That that chameleon is a jerk," and he tried to talk me out of not buying it. So I went to go see the chameleon the next after the knowledge I gained from videos etc The chameleon was darker it looked dehydrated. This usually indicates dehydration, and I noticed a bowl of carrots like a mini dog bowl. Chaemelosn eats live bugs only, and they drink from the water droplets on the trees. There were no trees for it to hide or drink. Which will also stress the animal out now I feel sad that the chameleon is kept in this condition, and I'm scared to buy it as they are already hard to take care of, but it seems by the time I get my tank set up, I would need to take it to the reptile vet if it would even make it! it's not fair for the chameleon Please help to save these poor creatures I'm so sad :-(Review from Greg C

****** does a fantastic job and is the only Groomer we will use. We have tried other pet salons and groomers but none compare to Pet Smart. I highly recommend ****** for your Pet Grooming needs.Review from Jessica B

Charged full price for grooming when they refuse to blow dry my dog because he is a barcel. breed.Ridiculous. The cost is too high for an in and out groomer.Would now rather support a local business than this mess.20 minutes in and out - there is NO WAY he has been bathed properly, washed inside wrinkles, **** glands complete, teeth brushed, nails clipped, ears done in 20 minutes.I can't even generally just wash him myself in that time frame.Review from Dale C

I brought my baby to get groomed on Christmas Eve, he went to a different Petsmart location because ours didnt have any availability. After leaving the grooming salon I noticed my baby pawing at his eye and whimpering. I immediately called the grooming and asked to speak to the groomer to see what was used because it seems like my furbaby was having an allergic reaction, I was immediately escalated to the manager instead ? H the manager sais the usual Petsmart shampoo was used and nothing was different so I should just wash his eyes to see if that helps and calls back if it doesnt. I washed my furbabys eyes (already ruining the grooming job) and shortly after he was still whimpering, pawing, and his left eye was beginning to close. Im panicking about it and go to the vet, they did an eye stain test and flushed it out, and determined something was wrong with his left eye as he had inflammation and apparent irritation. They gave him meds, an injection, a collar, and sent him home . I called Petsmart and let them know this, they basically said that *****, sorry and that was it. They also mentioned Id be getting a call from the store manager. I never received a call from the store manager and had to call corporate TWICE . Corporate stated they didnt contact you because it was determined that nothing was wrong with the dog I asked how did they determine this, corporate stated because of your vet Petsmart NEVER ASKED FOR MY VET INFORMATION. And the vet the corporate employee named was a vet I hadnt used in YEARS . So they clearly LIED ABOUT IT . A day later I was reached out to by a store manager, he said they couldnt do anything but offer free grooming from their salon. I declined because why would I go back to that specific salon after what happened and just requested a refund. Days later and no response! Ive been a dedicated Petsmart customer for 6 years and it hurts that Ill have to go and shop elsewhere because they do not care about their customers!Review from Wanda E.

I purchased a Marineland 46 gallon bow front tank from PetSmart. The tank is warrantied. The tank started leaking from the bottom while I was on vacation. The tank is damaged, the solid wood stand it was sitting on has water damage , but is still standing. You can't use it for another aquarium because it was compromised due to the water. My problem is PetSmart says they are not responsible for damages to the tank, stand and wood flooring. ********** denied the claim because they said the stand was not an aquarium stand, so the claim was denied. Marineland says the tank was not faulty although I submitted pics of sealant releasing around the bottom of the tank. You could even see where gravel had settled into open areas. I am suppose to eat the cost of all this damage on my own or as Marineland suggest file a claim with my homeowners insurance. PetSmart is not standing behind products they are selling, ********** is not standing behind products they are manufacturing.Review from Dawn B

I had a subscription for cat supplies every 6 weeks. Last week..the supplies arrived in 2 boxes as usual. What wasn't usual was the way they were packed. 42 lbs of cat liter in a box with 2 plastic containers of cat treats, of course the container was completely shattered, treats falling out of the box before i even opened it. Obviously unusable, im.not giving them to my cats with tiny plastic shards possibly in there. Second box. 2 cases of cat food. One case of plastic cup containers the other cans and much to large of a box cans hd broken loose from case and were smashed dented leaking. So not only was I put the price , but I had messes to clean up. Took 3 emails to get a reply, after sending photos of all the mess damage ec. I am asked what do you want us *****? AND this was just. .omg ..another email.that they sent my subscription order . Less than 1 week after the first (the subscription was set up for every 6 weeks) I contacted them. Immediately, sorry to late we already sent it and charged you.. WOW that's quite a racket they got going ..BE CAREFULL dealing with these people!!!!Review from Christine B

Do not use the groomers at PetSmart *************************************************************************** My Yorkie had an appointment yesterday December 5 at 8:30 am with *****. I was told by the manager of the salon that ***** was experienced at using the size 7 razor cut. Taking ***** word I scheduled an appointment with *****. Well, ***** cut a piece of my dog's ear off, not just cut it, but cut a piece off. I was told by *** it was just a cut; she didn't tell me a piece was cut off. The vet tech (******) and vet doctor *** looked at my dog's ear said it was a piece cut off. I was told by the staff from ***************** that this is a recurring incident with the groomers at PetSmart. They asked me to file a complaint with the management, so I did. You know what *** the manager said, and I quote " All our groomers are new groomers" I told her, not my problem. ***, then said they will pay my dog's vet bills, not enough. I told her I wanted ***** FIRED, her response was it's not that easy, really; she injured my dog, that is reason enough. I told her she is looking at a lawsuit if she didn't do anything about it. The vet technician said, now my dog will be afraid to be groomed. How many more dogs will be injured or killed before someone does anything about it. It looks like the groomer chewed my dog's ear instead of scissors, and *** cuts hair like that, there was no hair left on my dog's ears. Could she not see how close she was to cutting her ear??? Looking at the groomer now, she looks like she may have a drinking problem. To top it off at 3:27 I get an email and a text saying they are canceling Bella's appointment for 12/5/2024 at 8:30 am. Trying to cover their a** that she wasn't there. Too late I have all copies of emails and text messages and it was noted by the vet tech. Plus I documented the time I was there talking to *** the manager. My advice DO NOT use PetSmart dog grooming salon. Their groomers are not professionals.Review from Christina F

I placed an online order to take advantage on the Black Friday deal (spend $100 and receive ****** points). Everything went through nicely until about 1am when I got an email saying one of my items was no longer in stock. I checked my order and it dropped the total down to just 44 cents below the $100 ***** I was pretty upset at first, thinking I no longer qualified for the original deal. Thankfully- I called my local store and they were SO NICE and concerned about it as well, but couldn't do anything about it because I needed to contact the main petsmart number. They gave me the number and I was connected to the most loveliest customer service rep **** ever had the chance to talk to. Told him my situation and he immediately gave me my reward. I have rarely gotten off of the phone with customer service with any other company as satisfied and happy as I did today. Thank you so much *****!! I appreciate your humbleness and kindness through the entire conversation! Shout out to him and Petsmart for the smooth and quick support! 10/10 highly recommend!!Review from jeannine r.
