The people who we worked with were polite and pleasant, they however offered us $70,000 below market value for the house. We managed to negotiate a price that was about $50,000 below the value of the house, desperate to sell quickly we agreed, purchased our new home out of state, and began moving all of our belongings. With the purchase agreement signed by both parties and inspections complete, they pulled out of the sale, with no explanation, with only a couple of weeks until the closing date, with no explanation provided. Leaving my family scrambling. I would highly recommend avoiding this company if at all possible!

We are so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with us and we very much wish we could have purchased your home. Unfortunately, we were not able to buy your specific home. We did let you know WEEKS before the inspection period was over not AFTER the inspection was complete fully adhering to our agreement together. Please look at youragreement as the inspection period was over on 5/21. We letyou know on4/30 as soon as we possibly could so that you could have ample time to line up a new buyer. We are so sad to hear you are scramblingbut please remember you purchased your new home as a result of a verbal commitment with another buyer who made the same decision as we did not to move forward with the purchase of yourproperty. We got under contract with you despite our hesitations that we shared with you aboutwhat wasgoing on with the active listings in the immediate area because we wanted to help you provide a signed contract to the sellers of your new property. Unfortunately, we found what your previous buyer found and could not move forward with the sale. We wish you were happier with us but cancelling weeks before the inspection period is up is a kindness we hope all buyers give theirsellers. We have one of the highest closing rates in the industry and there is no buyer out there who can buy every single property.Thank you for the compliment of being polite and pleasant.
