Took our damaged 5th wheel to Little Dealer Little Prices on ******************************************. Waited 6 months for repairs. They never did replace the wheels (said they were not available) and tires (too expensive) But in the meantime they pulled wires down, left them dangling and consequently no running lights. Left lights on in the camper and ran down 2 practically new batteries. The blinds in the back came unstrung, how we can't figure. The coach was filthy when we picked it up. They were supposed to reimburse us for the tires that the insurance paid them for, but didn't install, to date they have not reimbursed us although a check was promised. We would NEVER do business with them again. The additional repairs will run about $600.00.

We had our Starcraft Tent trailer in for service, they had it for a month, they installed an awning, however, didn't complete the installation, while we were camping, we had to finish it, ***** who was our service tech, said they couldn't put the poles up because of the curve of our trailer. However, the instructions for the poles were still in the package unopened. All the did was put the awning on the trailer, but didn't install rest of it, luckily, we had tools to finish the installation so we could use the awning we purchased. Also they stated they fixed the Fridge and it didn't work. I would like to have my money back for the "installation of the awning" and the fridge. I have talked to the manager ***** before we picked it up, however he never did call me back.

Hi we have settled this dispute with the customer and both parties have agreed to that the complaint no longer needs to be addressed. How do we now get the complaint removed?

    Thank you

The unit was touted as having undergone a thorough inspection and that everything was in working order. I flew to AZ and drove it home. I experienced some issues and noticed several things that I felt would have been identified had it undergone a true presale inspection: water leaking under bathroom wall ( turns out it was the ice maker) the kitchen sink leaks ( if water had been hooked up this would have been discovered) a dining room table without a latch to keep it in place- ( which banged constantly all the way home back to ********. I took it into my local dealer only to discover the roof was in bad shape with cracks and exposed s**** heads, a broken sewer vent, and a damaged slide seal in addition to the aforementioned identified problems. I have been in contact with ****************- providing her photos and invoice - the salesperson who assured me that was not how they conducted business. I contacted the corporate office of Campers Inn RV and have NEVER heard from them. I was ultimately left with $2784.33 bill of which I am asking them to reimburse me $1216.00 for the roof and leaking icemaker.

I bought a travel trailer RV from little dealer little prices here in **(deer valley location). While shopping, I told them I wanted a 12V refrigerator and was not interested in a propane refrigerator. I found a trailer I liked (a *** feather micro 171BH. When I asked the salesman (*****) if the refrigerator was 12V he said it was on this model. We went ahead and bought it. While looking through the paperwork, I looked to make sure the *** pro package was included (as this includes a 12V refrigerator. The trailer did include that package. They didnt give me a physical walkthrough until a week later after I had them install a solar panel. On the walkthrough I noticed we had a propane refrigerator and I immediately contacted *****. ***** talked to a few people and they told me the general manager would be in the next day and they would call me when they have decided what they could do. I waited nearly a week with no call. During that time I went to their website to complain. No response. I finally texted ***** and he told me they would not do anything. So, I told him I wanted to speak to someone to complain. He told me the general manager ***** would call me the next day. I waited close to another week. I finally called them during their business hours and no one picked up the phone. It tried to go to voicemail but the voicemail was full. I decided then it might be better to pick up the trailer as is and contact the BBB. After taking the trailer home, I noticed the refrigerator was not secured well at all. On one corner a mounting bracket was broken, another corner had a very loose s**** holding it in and another corners s**** was missing. I found a screwdriver inside the refrigerator as if someone had been working on it. The backup light on the right side was also not working. I paid $1000 for a thorough inspection. These issues should have been caught and fixed I do have pictures of the damaged refrigerator install
