  I had **** come out and give me an estimate for trimming 12 citrus trees and 4 fruit trees. He said they were very good at trimming citrus trees. He also said he would be with them with they came. When they did come, he wasn't there. His guys went so fast, I didn't have time to say anything about anything. They BUTCHERED my trees. They left the water sprouts and suckers, and trimmed true branches. They exposed so much tree trunk, I have to white paint way up the trees. They left long tall branches with too many small branches on the end, like a pom pom on the end of a stick. This kind of trimming of the limb makes it break when too much fruit is on the end. I told him all this and he came and said they did it right because the trees would recover in a few years. I called the office, and they sent ***** out. ***** told me I was right, they trimmed it wrong, and that he was so sorry they had done this. Today, ***** called me and said ***** filed a report that said the trees were done right. So he lied, TO MY FACE. ***** also said that if I didn't pay my entire $700 ****, she was sending me to legal. I told her I'd be happy to pay for the trees they did correctly. I have spent hours trying to fix what they did wrong, and believe 7 were done wrong and required my re-addressing the trimming. I tried to make it right by offering to pay for the other trees that were done well enough. She YELLED at me, was SO mean, SO abusive on the phone, called out my character and that I was "that kind of customer" and refused my offer to pay for what was done right. She has threatened to send me to legal. I was looking for help and feel betrayed and defrauded. They are a bait and switch company! I feel like this company purposefully requires you to sign a contract so they can do bad work and threaten legal recourse when you won't pay for their bad work.

  I will not go into any real detail regarding this matter.

  I will only say that almost everything this person is saying is untrue. She was a problem from the very beginning to the very end.She refused to give a down payment for her work, which is standard protocol, but we went ahead and did the work anyway which was inspected by 4 Certified Arborists who all agree that the work was done exceptionally well. It would appear that maybe her plan was simply not to have to pay for it all along.
