Vehicle Issues and Lack of Resolution:Shortly after purchase, I noticed a vibration in the vehicle at speeds above ********************************************************************* they stand by their vehicles, they failed to follow up. I eventually visited in person, and they scheduled an appointment with Blackjack Customs. However, upon diagnosis, there was only speculation about the tires, with a full evaluation postponed.When I requested to swap the truck for another vehicle, the dealership offered me $13,000 less than what I had just paid for the same vehicle. Even the sales representative was shocked, he was under the impression they would honor what I paid for the truck, but management was unwilling to address the situation fairly.Refusal to Honor Repairs:Upon returning to Blackjack Customs on 12/2, I was informed that Lifted Trucks had called to say any further work would now be my financial responsibility. This was a complete reversal of their earlier assurances to address the issue, leaving me stranded with unresolved problems.Review from Daniel E

False advertisement. This company advertises vehicles (with pictures) at a certain price marked your price but when you inquire more into the vehicle the price is substantially higher do to modifications even though the pictures show those same modifications.
