I bought a car. They had to jump the car as the sales man stated not a lot of people have the down payment to get in to these cars. I drive off the lot 4 days later the check engine light comes on. I take it to AutoZone they advise me I need a new gas cap. Not even 100 miles and its asking for a gas cap. I replaced it, now it needs another part as I got a code *********. I called Cactus Jacks got the run around and now stuck with ****** car thats doesnt run properly. What a great way to s**** people over Way to go Cactus Jacks !!!Cactus Jack's Auto Sales Response

Bought a vehicle from this place. Started to overheat. Took it to get fix by them took three weeks and issue was still not fix. Ended getting a swap and drove that for a few days and same issue plus the rear ac doesnt work. Took it to get fix said there wansnt a problem when I clearly have video of it overheating. When i got my vehicle back to rear ac motor doesnt work. Not sure if they know what they are doing plus they dont fix any issuesCactus Jack's Auto Sales Response
