    please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. i was told my shipment would be here in 4-5 business days. i contacted them the oct 30 and they told me my shipment would be here oct 31 as it was suppose to. i contact them today and now they said it was a delay after they told me there wasnt any yesterday and i would get it on time. when i spoke to someone after my compliant the *** ***** R said it takes 4-5 days after a third party received it. they asked if i would like a refund acting like i did something wrong when i have all messages saved. they dont tell you it takes longer than expected. why pay a big shipping fee if we dont get the right eta. this company has the worst customer service and i would never order or hope no one ever orders from them, i tried to warn yall

    Still waiting for my order. No answer when you try to contact them. The website said delivery within 1-3 days. Now it is going to be more than 21 days. Maybe a scam!

    Tried to order a 10 vape box to get a discount and free shipping at $129.99. I had a $5 off coupon so ******. Total due to their "taxes" was $180, when I inquired why the over $50 in taxes they claimed it was due to the electronic cigarette taxes 12.5% ********** imposes and sales tax. I explained to them the total with the taxes should only be approximately $158. Their response was they can charge whatever taxes they want and would not break it down, nor provide me a receipt or document that separately states the ***** (********** Electronic Cigarette Excise Tax) and the amount paid on each electronic cigarette.

    This company is a joke. *** ordered multiple times with no issues. Then the last order I placed was canceled with no communication as to why. I reached out to ***** the customer support lead, and he said my order was marked as fraud. He didnt offer any solutions to the issue, wouldnt let me talk to anyone else, and basically told me I was SOL. He blatantly refused to help me, and definitely lacked the customer service aspect of his job. Would not recommend ordering from here. They will not get another dollar from me.

    Scammers. They lose most of their packages and when you reach out, theyll just tell you to wait. Of course, it will never come. If you ask for a replacement or refund, theyll just tell you to go talk to Route (the third party package insurance provider they partner with to try and sell you unnecessary insurance). ?? YOU DO NOT NEED INSURANCE ?? Merchants are responsible for the package arriving in a timely fashion and in an undamaged condition. If you dont buy the insurance (again, its not the customers responsibility) they will literally tell you youre s*** out of luck. No refund. No offer of a replacement. Nothing. Theyll just send you the same, canned language about how they take no responsibility for packages after they leave the warehouse.Unfortunately for them, the law pins that responsibility right on their deceitful, fraudulent foreheads. Anyone in this situation should open a dispute/chargeback with their credit card provider and also submit a tip to the FTCs consumer protection hotline here: ******************************

    This company is a joke. Lost my package and wouldnt refund the almost $10 tax I paid on it! Do not use them ever.
