Pro Mag ***** do not buy any product from this company, the product was sub standard and the customer service was even worse than the magazine the was defective, I shoot on a competition level, So please listen when I say do not buy any product feom them it will break and they do not stand behind what they sell ******

Buyer Beware. I purchased a magazine that was defective and did not fit. Their customer service is terrible! They don't answer the phone only voice mail and never returned my call. I printed a return slip online and it cost $8.00 to send back and then they sent me another defective replacement! I had to send back again for another $8.00. It's not breaking the bank, but time wasted! I left a detailed note to not send another, so I get a In store credit instead of card credit. A time-consuming joke. I'm not a complainer. Don't buy from this company!

I purchased a promag 50 rd drum for a .40 Glock. I noticed right off the follower did not sit snug against the feed lips instead it sat loosely +/- 1/4" below the feed lips just kinda flopping around in ******* housing. I put a few rounds in and cycled them manually and the last round would sl in to the front wall of the magazine deforming the projectile. I emailed said company and told them the same story. I was given a rma at my expense. I returned it, waited a little over a week and it was returned to me EXACTLY as it left except for the mouse pad they threw in the box. No email or letter enclosed about why or what. This company should stop pretending to be American and pack it up & move back to *****!

I would also give this company a 0 star review if it were possible. I purchased a ***** TP9 SF Elite 9mm, which came with two magazines. I purchased an 18 round magazine from ProMag, because at the time (during Covid) the original magazines were impossible to find. When I loaded the magazine, the cartridges would just pop out. I couldn't even get it loaded. So I contacted the company. I will admit that they did respond and told me to send the magazine back for replacement. (I honestly don't remember if I had to pay shipping or not) I SPECIFICALLY asked them to do a quality control check before shipping the new magazine. When the magazine came in, it loaded fine. The feed lips were containing the cartridges. No cartridges popping out. So I figured everything was fine right? When I took it to the range, I shot the factory magazine with no problems. Then I loaded the ProMag magazine, the first shot jammed. I cleared the jam, and attempted to shoot again, and the second shot jammed. I removed the magazine and noticed that the cartridge was sticking up (not quite popping out, but close). When I compared it to the *** magazine I could tell that the cartridge was not secure. The feed lips were not tight enough. I unloaded the ProMag magazine, and loaded the cartridges into the *** magazine and they all shot fine. So it wasn't a problem with the bullets. I didn't even bother to contact the company again. I just won't purchase anything from them ever again. I definitely wouldn't use this for self defense. If your life depended on this magazine, you might not live to regret it.

Bought three 15 round magazines. All three jammed. One round went off as my son was unjamming the rifle. My son was scared, but unhurt. The rifle was taken to my friends gun shop for a check out. Nothing wrong with the gun. Did some research and this company has continued to sell this same magazine for years KNOWING it jams and is dangerous. What kind of people are these?

I wish I could give them a zero star review . There Lifetime Warranty is a joke . They respond to emails with lies that replacement has shipped but cannot provide a tracking number.I have given up and purchased new mags from other manufacturers. Will never purchase another *****************

Wish Ihad read this first. Like other I ordered 2 new magazines for a 45. One of them appears to work fine. The other will not even accept a single round of ****************************************** something. I did contact support and I can of course return it. Support was good about responding. BUT BEWARE! They will not pay for the shipped. So as a consumer I bought a brand new magazine that was shipped to me deffective and now I have to pay more to get what I should have been given in the first place.Highly recommend not purchasing from this company.

Ordered two magazines for S&W 457. THEY WILL NOT FUNCTION. Reached out to ProMag via email and telephone multiple times for return. NO RESPONSE. NONE. Filing a credit card dispute. I wish I had searched here before purchase.

******** ordered a propaganda drum style for a 12 guage shotgun. This drum jams every shot as Seems the spring in the drum is to strong and can't eject smoothly. Also ************** has not responded to the text I sent about the problem. Beware of this company as seem you must be able to make the product over so it will work.

Can I give them less than a "1" star more like a negative number compared to my experience with this company! Wow! I mean zero customer service! They lie, ghost you, and will not respond to emails, VM messages these people are just simply HORRIBLE when it comes to communicating or following through on their promises! The guy in tech ****** flat-out lies and will not even acknowledge your message. I know he sees the emails because I have a tracker on them but he never responds. My advice is never to buy their products, EVER! Stay away from this company!!!
