    Date of Transaction: 12/17/22; What the business committed to provide you: 2 1 1/2 hour trail rides;What the nature of the dipsute is: services not provided after many attempts in the last 12 months;Background/History: I have been a loyal customer of *********************** for the last 5 years. I have done at least 5 horse back rides with her in that time. She had given me & other customers no reason to not trust her. Ever since she advertised (see pictures attached) a special in December of 2022, I have tried many, many times to book a ride & use my vouchers. See below scheduled ****************************** 08/25/23: Booked & confirmed a 9:30am ride for 09/08/23; 09/05/23: Followed up via text message just to make sure & confirm my ride for 09/08/23. She confirmed all is good & would send me the Pin drop & invoice on Thursday 09/07/23. This was never received. She then told me that she can no longer take me since I would be solo which she knew on 08/25/23, so she cancelled; 09/16/23: Asked for a reservation on either 10/06/23 or 10/07/23, was advised she had other events happening; 10/23/23: Asked for a reservation on 12/03/23. ***** advised she isnt going out on the trail this day, but could do 12/04/23. I said either day works for me. She then told me later on that same day that she thinks she will now be out on 12/03/23 & could schedule me for that date. Made a reservation for 12/03/23 at 11am. During this text message she was very specific in stating she promised me regardless if she had other customers this day, she would take me out since I had been so persistent in trying to ride and staying loyal to her business.11/27/23: Followed up to confirm my ride on 12/03/23 @ 11am. Response was, "good to go".Never heard from her since this date. She completely ghosted me. At this point I feel as though she has taken advantage of me & is a thief. She has taken not only my hard earned money, but others hard earned money & not provided a service.
