            UNBELEAVABLE VERY BAD !! CUSTOMER SERVICE I DID ORDER MY WOOD COAL ONLINE TODAY KNOWING IT WAS NOT IN STOCK AT THE MOMENT BUT WAS GOING TO BE IN STOCK WITHIN A FEW DAYS, I AM DISABLED AND TRANSPORT IS DIFFICAULT FOR MY BUT BECAUSE OF THE EXTREAME COST IN SHIPPING I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GET A LIFT THERE TO PICK IT THEM UP WHEN ARRIVE IN IN A FEW DAYS. THEN IT WENT VERY WRONG VERY VERY WRONG...... I RECIEVED A EMAIL SAYING THE WHOLE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED !!! I CALL CUSTOMER SERVING ON THE LINK PROVIDED TO FIND OUT (NOT IN STOCK NOW BUT COMING IN SOON!! SO MY ORDER SOULD OF BEEN LEFT ALONE AND I WOULD NOT BE COLD THIS WINTER!! NOW I NEED TO GET BACK TO LOOKING ON THE *** AGAIN THE ***** DAY IS WAISTED!! AND THERE NOT GOING TO REINSTATE MY ORDER CANNOT GET TO THE STORE TODAY SO SOMETIME TOMORROW BACK TO LOOKING FOR SOME HEAT FOR MY HOME :o(
