  Last Friday Im called the locksmith to unlock a pad lock on my shed where I thought that I may have lost my keys. The tech had to saw off the lock because he was unable to pick it. I had already called AAA and the keys werent in my vehicle either. So I called back Nichols Locksmith and asked how much it would be to have a new key made for my truck. It was 235. Paid by my debit card. The tech returned he had trouble making the key and had to go back to the shop. Then he came back and he said that he hates computers and was having trouble with programming it as well. After about an hour he said that it was fixed. I paid. He knocked on my gate to let me know that it was done. I had been waiting to go to the post office hopped right in and took off. Came home and wanted to go back to moving before I lost my keys. When I got in the truck the next last Sunday it was the first time that I had turned the truck on myself. It turned over a few times that was unusual. My truck is taken care of by a military certified mechinc. So I went to my new house and did some work all day. That evening when I was leaving I tried to start my truck and it wouldnt start. This has never happened to me. I was worried because I had left my old dog at home and thought that I might have been stuck there all night. So I tried it again and it started. I made it home. I was worried that if I took off in it again I might be stranded at the gas station or anywhere else I stop. So I didnt try it until yesterday. I thought that it had something to do with the ignition and they key being made. I called the locksmith office to ask if anything like this ever happens when they make the keys? She said no. Its not our fault, its your truck your problem. Once I knew for sure that it was fixed and what the problem was I sent them a letter, attached. I never heard back. On the receipt from the second locksmith he writes what the previous locksmith did wrong and how he fixed it. Thank you.
