I have a serious problem with my Jeep's coolant system which York spent 3 weeks fixing. When I picked up my Jeep it was running fine, and I paid my bill ($6,800+) Pretty much a complete overhaul of my Jeep's coolant system. The next morning, I noticed that the Jeep was still leaking coolant in the garage. This leaking persisted until I could take it back a week later.When the service *** found the leak, I was told that this was from a different part of the coolant system. I asked why this wasn't fixed when they did the overhaul and was told that this might be the result of trying to reattach a hose to an ORing that was ***laced. Their solution was to try and convince me that I would need to spend another $5,200 to fix it. Apparently working on a diesel jeep engine is VERY labor intensive. So, for their oversight I get to shell out more money.I've priced my Jeep online and even though it is in great shape (except for the coolant system), it is only worth about $9,000. This car has spent more than 3 weeks in the shop, cost a bundle to fix, and the problem has not been fixed, and will only get worse without doing the ***airs recommended. ***** the service manager, has offered to reduce the new service bill by 50% because: "I can't eat the whole 20 hours of labor that it will take to ***air". They obviously think that being retired in Prescott means YORK can take advantage of their senior clients!DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO YORK DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM FOR ANY SERVICE!
