Thomas Restoration was hired to remove dry wall and insulation after a pipe broke in the wall behind my kitchen sink. I was told by ****** and ****** Thomas (CEO of Thomas restoration) they would dry the walls with fans, remove all of the wet debris and replace the kitchen cabinet which was destroyed from water. The leak happened in April. For weeks, I had no follow up calls from ****** or ****** regarding when my cabinet would be put back together and the walls restored with insulation and sheet rock. Finally after numerous messages, they finished the kitchen cabinet in June. My son discovered many issues. The wood used to rebuild the cabinets was of lower quality than the existing cabinets. The drawer slides were not the same brand/quality of the existing cabinets and were installed crooked. The drawers would not close flush to the cabinet and the drawer would slide out and fall as it didn't have the stop to prevent the drawer from falling. The box cabinet itself was shorter than the cabinet next to my refrigerator. As a result, when I tile the back splash it will be crooked. There were shelves missing under two cabinets that weren't replaced. One side of the cabinet wasn't stained. They used stain instead of the pre-fab wood used on the side of kitchen cabinets. There was a piece of molding missing. The inside bottom of the cabinet formerly had wood with a shiny texture. The used thin, unfinished wood. The kick plate at the bottom of the cabinet was not anchored to the top of the cabinet and they used very flimsy, thin wood. Not the same product on my other cabinet. They failed to install corner molding. They were paid $4,000 for this horrible cabinet install. In addition, they did not do a professional job spackling the sheet rock The restoration part of the company was paid the same. Do not use this company. They are horrendous.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!I have researched multiple clients of Thomas Restoration who are now defendants in lawsuits that he has filed against them. (over 30 people in 2 years). You will not find complaints from them because they signed a non-closure form during their settlement.DO NOT sign any paperwork that Thomas Restoration wants you to sign the day they come out for an inspection/estimate. That paperwork is a CONTRACT. You will be locked into that contract you just signed. There is no amount for damages on that contract you would be signing meaning he is opened to charging whatever he chooses. There is a $750 cancellation fee The contract also says you are responsible for all money owed. Even though during the inspection he will tell you, the insurance will cover everything. That is a LIE. The insurance companies are not paying what he is charging because he is over charging, double billing and charging for things they did not do.You can check out the facts yourself through the court websites, there are two. Copy these links and they will bring to the different courthouses listing the lawsuits Thomas Restoration has filed against his clients.********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
