            Mercury Solar indicated they were a partner and authorized installer for Generac both verbally and on their web site. They are not. Mercury Solar sent out a sub-contractor, Mega Remodeling who stated they were licensed, would obtain permits and were an authorized installer for Generac, they were not and performed an unlicensed, unpermitted, illegal, improper and dangerous install which will have to be reinstalled. Mega remodeling is not responding to TX or email and Mercury Solar claims they were a referral, and they are not responsible. Mercury Solar web-site :**************************

            Contractor has breached contract. He has yet to fulfil the construction as promised for my office. I have paid him $42500 thus far and should be more than half way of project per the agreement we had. This is not the case. He has asked for more money to continue. He has postponed the project and has not been answering my phone calls or text messages to try and remediate this situation. He has also said he is licensed and bonded contractor however his company is not found on the ******* contractor registrar.
