***************************** of JASH contracting build a shed and did work in our kitchen in ************. The shed turned out OK, however, the kitchen was a disaster. The cupboards do not match in their finish, the granite is subpar quality and the granite piece next to the stove does not match the rest of the granite on that side of the kitchen. The granite install was poor and is missing silicone under the back splash in places and there is excess glue in other places. He was very messy and did not treat our property with respect. He did not provide a written contract nor did he pull required building permits. I would NOT use this contractor . I can provide pictures.

I would like to start by saying this customer had no issues at all with her project until the end when final payment was due. Then filed a complaint against my business with the ******************************** for at least ************************************************* All complaints but two were found to be unverified and dismissed by state licensed investigators. The other two verified and corrected, as the *** requested. One complaint was no permit pulled for relocating existing electrical outlets and missing at total of 6 inches of silicone caulking between backsplash and new countertops. Which you only made an issue about the electrical as a tactic to try and get me a fine for operating outside of my license scope, but little did you know I had a licensed electrician perform the electrical work. Which the ******************************* considered foolish to pull a permit for. At this point we feel this customer was "reaching" for anything she could complain about due to her "so called" larger complaints being completely dismissed by the state agency investigating her allegations and having what is called "buyer's remorse". You *************** are completely misleading in this review, and I wish there was a way to review you as a person, but there is not. The countertops that you say are "subpar" were hand-picked by you, which I have documents to prove, found to have now problems or issues at all and installed perfectly. Along with the cupboards installed, which again were picked by you and completely being made aware by me through text an email, that new cupboards installed next too 20 + year old cupboards were not going to match exactly. I'm so glad that the ******************************** has investigators to protect us contractors from customers as yourself, who are looking for something for free. This customer basically tried to extort me by saying, "either give me back by money for the countertops or I'm filing a complaint with the ****** and leaving you bad reviews on BBB" which my response was "that is your right to file the complaint". As for treating your property with respect, I left your property clean and "mess" free. You were upset about not putting living room furniture back in-place, but you never asked me too and furniture was all in back rooms when arriving onsite. We would have gladly put furniture back in-place. Also, let me add that I did such a "horrible" job on your property, but you rented your place to a renter as soon as I was completed. I have used this as a big learning experience and will definitely be "pre-screening" clients before accepting a job. We have nothing but very good reviews and most of them are kitchen remodels, guess the old saying of "can't please everyone" is a true statement. I just hope the next contractor you try and get over on has all his documentation of correspondence from you as I did, if not they are in for a world of hurt.

**** has been the primary contractor on a number of projects around our house (kitchen counter remodel, re-roof, and a few others). He hires good subs and completes work on time and for a fair price. Would highly recommend!

**** is very knowledgeable in his profession and provided me, not only with insight but assurance that the work being done will last for a long time. After the work was done on our home Jash made it look as though, nothing was ever there. Upon meeting and later conversing with him, I truly got to see the passion he puts into his work, the professionalism he carries himself with and the commitment he dedicates to his clients.
