With ***** there is not one honest bone in his body, only someone who responds as he has below in the manner of being a victim rather then a stand up business owner. It is unfortunate you went through this. Im so sorry for your awful experience APB.Ride N Style Response

I am only giving this one star because giving zero isnt an option. DO NOT waste your time or money booking with this company. My friends and I did the party bus and pink party barge and we wholeheartedly regret giving these scam artists our business. The ** in the bus didnt work for the majority of the ride and the incompetent and rude boat captain ********* ran the boat out of gas in days prior causing significant mechanical issues. With that being said, the boat didnt work properly and we were not able to enjoy our day on the lake. Due to these issues, we requested a refund in some capacity and were declined. Furthermore, ***** and the crew on board lied to us regarding the issues that occurred on the boat. We are understanding of mistakes and issues, however we are not understanding of lying and gaslighting. Had we been given transparency to issues with the boat in real time and shown an ounce of remorse, I likely wouldnt be writing this review.Please do not use this company. They have zero integrity and it makes sense why they are not accredited with the BBB.Ride N Style Response

This is the second time this group has rented from us and I guarantee they will try to rent from us again in the future. Unfortunately, they wanted to get their ride for free because they spent too much money on the bachelorette weekend. Before they confirmed the reservation for the second time renting with us, they asked if they could have the driver from the prior year and the captain from the prior year, but I told them that they no longer worked for us, and that also upset them. The prior year the driver that took the group to the lake, and the captain made concessions without talking to the business. So, they were hoping to get the driver and captain this year to make free concessions for them once again against company policy. When the driver **** picked the group up to take them to the lake they wanted him to stop and get them more alcohol, but Lake reservations are point-to-point and we have to remain on time so he told the he could not make that concession or they would be late. Then, when they got on the boat, they right away, did not like the captain because he told them that we do not go to the marinas because we are a county concession and the marinas dont like us bringing our people in there because most of our people get drunk and cause problems. Once again, the girls did not like that so they were upset for the second time in the day. Apparently they did not pack enough alcohol, or maybe had too much on the way there, but they were an unruly group and were causing the captains much trouble.
The boat did not break down. It had air in the gas line the owner himself and the mechanic jumped aboard because the captain told them it was stuttering a little bit. They bleed the air out of the line and at that point the girls because they wanted more alcohol got some from a passerby and then decided they wanted to go in early because they didnt want beer that they just begged off of someone. They wanted hard alcohol, so they asked if they could end the reservation early because it was too windy and they were not having as much fun since they did not have alcohol. They asked to get on the owners boat and head back in, and he allowed that and follow them in the boat that they are claiming was broke down. This group signed a contract role agreement, knowing the risk of the fact that the company cannot control the weather or if there is a breakdown, we will provide another boat, but in this case I wasnt a breakdown they knew all of this in advance and are still complaining about things that happened they were offered $100 concession which we normally do not do but they decided to threaten with a lawyer and bash our business so that is what is going on. We are living in a mesociety. People want services free and demand concessions that arent offered, then they lose their temper and we deal with this often because of the way society has gone down hill, but we have a lot of good groups as well. This group threatened us with a lawyer, and I wish they wouldve went ahead and retained a lawyer because the lawyer once they saw the contract they signed would tell them they have no case and they cant get services for free. We will be moving forward with doing a collections on this group to get our money back since they are not wanting to pay for services they have received.

Once again, this company is full of lies starting with the first sentence in their comment. This group has NEVER rented from you before 4/28/23. I have an acquaintance who used your company in 2022, which is why I requested a specific driver and captain because she had a positive experience with THOSE EMPLOYEES, and your equipment functioned properly with them in charge. You never told me that they no longer worked for your company. In fact, below is your exact response which I copy and pasted from getmyboats.com: ME: Thanks for the info. Can you pls send address for where we will get on the boat? Also are you able to accommodate the captain we requested? Thanks so much! 14:23 DUSTY: I will do my best to accommodate the captain and bus driver. If not, we hired two awesome guys at the end of last season that are spectacular. You will love them. It is factual that we asked **** to stop on the way to the lake to get more alcohol, in which he replied that we can get some at the ****** upon arrival at the lake. Unfortunately, we physically could not go to the ******, which we only learned after **** told us numerous times that we could; we were told that the company is banned from the ****** (if this is not true, then teach your employees the correct terminology to communicate to your customers). Regardless, we did not need more alcohol to have a good time; however, we did need a functioning boat and a competent captain. We are absolutely NOT and were NOT an "unruly" group. Our group was comprised of 30+ year old adults. We did not "have too much on the way there," it is very hard to plan how much alcohol/food to bring on an excursion for 12 people, which is why we requested to stop for more. We did NOT get alcohol from a passerby, YOU (Dusty) gave us a few ***** Lights. We wanted to go in early because the boat was not moving, and ************** made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe due to their non-transparency regarding what was happening with the boat and their inability to operate the boat properly. HAD YOUR CREW BEEN HONESTY WITH WHAT WAS GOING ON, I WOULD NOT BE ARGUING ABOUT THIS RIGHT NOW.We asked to get on the owner's (Dusty) boat after him and the mechanic showed up. We wanted to end the day early due to the issues aboard the pink vessel. There was no reason for 12 girls to be out in the middle of a remote lake on a boat that didn't work. Regardless of the fact that the boat started operating properly when we got off it, IT DIDN'T OPERATE PROPERLY WHEN WE WERE ON IT. Hence our request for some sort of refund. I have never and do not ever expect services for free. But for the services I pay significant money for (over $2,000 for this service), I expect it to work properly and for the company to have integrity. In NO other business would this fly, but it seems ***** has built his "business" based on lies. I'd like to also mention that ***** told us that he is working on firing captain ******* since they have had issues with him before. We never lost our temper until now. We had been trying to deal with this quietly, but when a person has no remorse for wrongdoing, I am not keeping quiet. Additionally, you mention that you will be moving forward with collections. What does that mean? We paid you in full. First payment in December 2022 and the second in April 2023. What do you plan on getting collections? That makes zero sense.I'd also like to add a link to *****'s yelp page as it is very telling regarding their dysfunction and dishonesty. ************************************************************************************************** A request for a refund when a service is not provided properly or honestly is not a crazy ask. Lastly, I'd like to highlight the fact that YOU ARE MAKING UP LIES ABOUT US. Stop lying and making our group seem like a bunch of animals. It seems that YOU are the animal and I'm disgusted that I have given you a dollar of my hard-earned money that I made from working at a competent business.
