    JULY 2022 *** WAS CONTRACTED WITH THE CITY OF ********** TO INSTALL AN AIR CONDITIONING **** CASE#E-21-31 THE WARRANTY WAS TO COVER ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR 7/1/22 TO 7/1/2024. JULY 2023, THE **** BROKE DOWN. ARIZONA WAS EXPERIENCING EXTREME HEAT OVER 115 DEGREES( I'M A SENIOR CITIZEN. ***** CAME OUT AND SUPPOSEDLY FIXED IT, BUT THAT NIGHT IT WAS NOT FIXED. HE CAME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO FIX IT UNTIL 4-5 DAYS LATER. 115 DEGREES?? WE CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY, JUST TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM/NOT FIX IT. ***** GOT MAD AND REFUSED TO HONOR HIS WORK. HE KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG AND DIDN'T CARE! I HAD TO PROMISE TO PAY $2200 TO ANOTHER COMPANY AND I CAN'T PAY! I'M A SENIOR ON A LIMITED INCOME !! HELP!!!

    We attended to the customers needs and installed a new unit. The customer called Friday morning stating the unit wasn't working properly. We arrived a two hours later to address the issue.The part that was needed fix the issue wasn't available until the following business day, Monday. Once Rm3 Mechanical arrived on the scheduled time that Monday, we noticed the unit had been taken apart by another company. The warranty on the unit is now voided because another company took apart the unit. This is a standard policy practice for the **** industry.

    RM3 was contracted through Paite Neighborhood Center **************************************************************************************. Because I am a senior citizen and living on Social Security ***** felt I was not important enough or disadvantaged without a voice. He lies and wants me to go away and forget the Abuse and stress he caused. The unit he installed was Not top quality and developed a leak which he Should have taken care of. After the initial installation, he left without ensuring the unit functioned properly. That's why I had to call Early the next morning. HE came and didn't have time to fix it, so he said I would have to wait 4 (four) days.  It was triple-digit weather and he didn't care! I contacted Elizondro Electrical (who will testify) just examined the unit and discovered he was lying. That's why He got mad because his lie was exposed!
    The unit had a refrigerant leak, No part is required!
    Resolution: Pay the $2200 I had to borrow (still paying) for his less-than-professional work. $500 for the stress and anguish I suffered. P.S. Elizondro stated" It would've taken less than an hour to correct"
