    This place is racist and will make up just about anything in order to cover inner personel! The "security" is a joke and they lie! They will allow ****** intoxicated people to stay as long as they're collecting their drop/quota. They will allow you to purchase food at an exoborent price. However, will argue and lie when the order is wrong! The service is horrendous, and management(s) are a joke. If I was able to give negative stars I would!

    I was at your casino on 1/9/2024 with my husband and brother in law and sister in law and I had my 5 week old puppy in a blanket so no one could see her... then one of your security staff told me I had too leave your casino because my 5 week puppy didn't have a collar ***********...first off she's too young for a collar and leash. .. like a newborn infant... I have seen plenty of people in your casino with pets and no leads...that's OK I take this matter too corporate .

    So I am a frequent player at this casino. I play pretty much the same machine because I love that machine. Now I know that you'll win some and you'll lose some, it's a given since its gambling. However, when you are a regular, you come to know the probability of winning and losing and all its been for quite some time is losing. I usually spend a good amount of money every time I go and for these machines to not pay nothing back, that's a rip off. I literally spent $500 today as a matter of fact, and not 1 bonus round! I have talked to many patrons throughout these last few months and they have all experienced similar outcomes. I have really considered no longer going to this establishment for entertainment since it's not no where near fair gaming. We'll see if this situation persists and if so than I'll take mine and my family's business elsewhere.

    We had a Bachlorette Party booked at Talking Stick for an entire weekend, including room reservations, dinner reservations and a pool cabana rental. We spent a good deal of time talking to the Concierge and the Meeting Planner ******* about building this event around the day at the pool. As such, we specifically booked a weekend where there were no 'special events' that would prohibit us or limit us from using the pool all day for our party. We spent thousands of dollars, paid in advance, to secure this weekend.Out of the blue and 1 month before the planned event, we get an email stating our event was cancelled and they were issuing a refund. Why? Because they booked a special event where they could charge much more money for the pool cabanas, etc. and therefore, bumped us. It became clear this was a money grab.This was my first and last time I will ever book an event, and such a special one at that, with this resort. They cannot be trusted to honor their bookings. I am also a local resident that enjoys frequenting local casinos. I will not spend my money in their casino/resort again and I will tell anyone who will listen, not to spend money with them.We scrambled and rebooked our entire event at Gila River ************************************************** They were very accommodating and it ended up costing less than Talking Stick anyway. So, I guess we have Talking Stick to thank for the referral to Gila River Resorts. Talking Stick should be ashamed of such horrible customer service. :(

    BBB Personnel,Good morning! I reached out initially by email to ******************** on 6/29 to discuss the complaint she filed with your agency, and included my direct line for her to call me to discuss an offer we made to her to provide some compensation for the cancellation of her planned event.. She called my office that same afternoon and we had a long and pleasant conversation. I did explain to her the reasoning behind the decision to cancel and refund her cabana and 4 others for the booked date, as Entertainment contracted an act for a pool party for that evening, which would have limited the time and experience for her group to be at the pool. We offered to provide a complimentary cabana and tickets for herself and 9 other attendees to the Pool Party (Release After Dark) to a date of her choosing.While ******************** appreciate the personal contact and the offer, she advised me that she and her group of friends would not feel comfortable in a large pool party with a DJ and that corresponding atmosphere. I subsequently suggested that, as she now had both my email address and my direct phone line, she would be welcome to contact me to book a complimentary cabana for herself and some friends at a future date of her choice WITHOUT a Pool Party. She found this offer to be much more acceptable, and I will wait to hear back form her in the near future. I will also alert my upper management that we now consider this issue to be resolved.Best regards,************************* Hotel Director

    Talking stick is by far the nicest and most upscale casino that Arizona has to offer. There is always a crowd and many different types of people. And employees are always extremely friendly with smiling faces ready to serve. Even after I encountered my issues with them they were quick to resolve any and all issues that arose and in favor of its patrons. I have won the most here and I have many great memories here I have been treated respectfully and would definitely refer anyone to the venue for entertainment and fun filled times. *************************
