    I ordered CBD gummies on 3/15/22 from Kushly, LLC Website. The total price was $149.91. I did not receive the product. I called the company and they issued me 50% of the total purchase price which was ***** on 4/15/22. They credited my checking account. They stated that I would still receive the product. I never received the product. I called Kushly LLC again on 6/27/22 and they offered me a gift card. I told them that I wanted my full refund. The representative hung up on me.

    I had first order for their product. I received the product and was not satisfied with the results and had some side effects. I asked my doctor about the validity of the claims by the product and she stated that this was not a product to address the issues that I had. She discouraged me from ever using the product again. After that I received another package in the mail with a **** of $198 99 I called the Business and was told that I had ordered ongoing shipments. I did not order ongoing shipments and she offered me several different discount options and I said no to all of them. I want to return the items and get a full refund

Your subscription is now cancelled. I am sorry you forgot or may have not noticed that when you made your first order you selected the option to subscribe and save on monthly refills - that's the reason you got your first orders at a deep discount. Otherwise, you would have paid full price for each bottle which would have been a bit more expensive. The good thing about subscribing and saving on monthly refills is that you get to keep the discounted rate for a lifetime which means you can keep purchasing for yourself, family, and friends - even at a markup to yourself! Nothing's wrong with making some extra cash in this economy. Besides, the product actually works. If for some reason you haven't seen the results you are looking for, keep at it because most people see results just when they thought they wouldn't. Since the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled at this point. I am very sorry about that!     I have contacted the company multiple times. I ordered product in April and never received it. Then I was charged again May 7th and have not received it. I would like a refund and my account cancelled.

    I ordered *** products 2 months ago and for 2 months I have been getting the run around on shipping. They sent an email to me today saying it was shipped but the shipping status is the same. I wrote back and got a blocked message. (Screenshot attached) I called the support number and the call wont go through. I had another friend call and email test calls and both the email and test call went through. This Product I ordered from a News article sponsored by ***********************. Before I bought I searched the company to make sure it was legit and found hundreds of reviews to support it was legit and a good product. I always do through reviews. Later I have found that this is a scam to get you to buy a product not truly endorsed by ***********************.I either want the *** order delivered or a full refund.The tacking number is: ****************************** If I call **** they have said for 2 months they have not received it from Kushley to be delivered.

    I ordered CBD gummies from a company found at www.kushlynation.com on 3/12/22. After weeks with no shipment, I contacted their customer service email ****************************************** and was told they had shipping problems and please wait. So I did. Then after another week, I asked again and they asked me to wait until 4/20/22 so I said I would. After that I received an email that my order had been cancelled so I began checking for a refund. I did not receive one, so I emailed that same address today and my email was returned with a message that my account had been blocked by them. I used my bank debit card and paid $179.91 which was deducted on 3/14 and they owe me that amount as a refund for their cancellation of my order.

    Kushly Industries LLC ****************************************************************** or ************************************************************************ ************** RE: Order# 9C23D4896F On March 22, 2022 I ordered '3 Pack - 750mg Kushly CBD Gummies at a cost of $202.35 which Kushly has charged my credit card and has emailed stating the product was shipped on March 24, 2022. As of today, April 18, 2022, this order has NOT been delivered.On April 7, 2022 I called the number listed on the tracking email ************** (see supporting documents) and spoke to agent ***** who informed me they use the delivery service *** and *** has a delivery backlog which is why the delivery is late and that I should receive the product in the next week. I explained it is too late -it was to take to an elderly individual visiting out of state. Agent ***** explained in order to get a full refund, as soon as the order is delivered, I should call the same number to get an RMA# (Return Merchandise #) and then send it back at my expense to get the full refund. Agent ***** also encouraged me to just settle and get a small percentage (35%) of my cost reimbursed. I said no, I want the full amount of $202.35 refunded back on my credit card.As of today, April 18, 2022 -no delivery of product, so therefore I am unable to obtain an RMA# for a full refund, as per *****'s instructions. At this point, I do not believe the order was ever sent. The *** tracking number provided (******************************) says this number does not exist in their tracking database.At this point I do not wish to do business with a so-called company that has no integrity or respect for their customers. I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to request assistance to have ALL of the $202.35 money refunded immediately to my Discover credit card.The company has not sent the product I purchased, nor have they tried to resolve the problem.

    We are very sorry for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused. Your order has been fully refunded and you should still receive it. The shipping delay was to a high demand and even though we did ship your order right away, we had to reship thousands of orders due to DHL not scanning the tracking number during transit and not delivering the packages. We are very sorry about this!

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.


    Actually, it was the credit card company that reversed the charges and Kushly Industries is saying they reimbursed me, which I was, but was reimbursed by my credit card company taking action and reversing the $202.35 charge.
