Run the other way- SCAM- useless waste of time, they provide less than adequate service- They take your money - do less than "been verified" and then sent me a preliminary report that was information I had already provided. Set up meetings and didn't show up, ignored emails- I spent $20 and got more info in 15 mins. Do yourself a favor and find a legitimate company that actually treats the client with respect.

Issues include unexplained fears, lack of follow-up, and inaccuracies in observations. Despite these concerns, my attempts to contact them numerous times for clarification or resolution have gone unanswered.In light of the unsatisfactory service and the unresponsiveness from ***************************************** team, I am now requesting a full refund for the investigation. The discrepancies and lack of thoroughness in the report, coupled with the ongoing communication issues, leave me with no choice but to seek a resolution through this refund request.

This company has ripped me off and did not do what they said they were going to do! I have requested my money back and I have been ignored. ***** indicated he would have a meeting and give me my money back and then he disappeared. The investigator is inexperienced, they are rude and very unprofessional! No proof of work completed compete Scam!

Their web page looks good and when you talk to them, they sound promising but at the end of the waiting game, that's all you get is an expensive WAIT. They'll take your money and tell you to pay more.After, several calls and weeks of "where we at on this case?" They finally sent a name (which they had because I gave it to them) on the different ways to spell it. It was completely useless and irrelevant to our case, an easy ****** search for them and they did nothing. They feed you BS! They did not provide anything I requested or help my case. Huge disappointment. This company is fraud!

I paid $3500 for a case before Thanksgiving in 2021, it is now April 18, 2021 and the team has spent 6 hours on my case. They get two stars because the fully confirmed that I was the one paying the money (ensuring card not stolen, etc) with extra procedures, and they did not just run with the money. My case isn't closed yet because they are not finished. So first, they are honest. They get two stars just from that. They could get another star from me just by communicating regularly. They aren't the easiest to reach, part of that *** be their commitment to customer privacy. If they could develop a habit of reaching out to the customer with "no updates" or "we are actively investing," it would help their customer service side.They are missing a forth star because it took months before there was movement on my case. From what they told me on their lack of available agents, the company might be biting off more than it can chew. I recommend to customers to confirm that there ARE agents to put on your case before signing the contract. I recommend to the company to evaluate if you can provide agents and to say "no" to new customers when you cannot provide agents. A customer can always search for another investigating service, but once the customer is yours, you need to provide the service.I reached out to them while in desperation and continue to experience this stress. And no outcome is guaranteed.So I'm sure that makes the fifth star hard to reach for any company who investigates. Star five would be a happy resolution.In summary, they are not a scam, but there are some things that they can work on: **************** skills and saying "no" to new cases when they have to. The outcome of an investigation depends on circumstances outside of our control, but I hope for many happy outcomes, including my own.
