I have built four houses and this is my WORST experience EVER building a house!! It all started with sales ****** he sold us a lot that has already been sold. They pulled a hard credit pull then informed us the lot was sold and we had ONE lot to choose from. Then design center is a joke the lady did not know prices of anything and basically not updated with the latest software ~~ 3-D so buyers can actually see what their upgrades look like. If you are unable to vision then it is a very hard process. The ** ******** is HORRIBLE zero customer service skills ~ and does not like buyers to have any knowledge of how a home is built. My husband and I have extensive knowledge and informed him that from the very beginning ~~He is extremely unprofessional and when going through the walk through which we basically did his job and started to point out stuff that needs to be fixed his EXACT WORDS WERE "This is not a B**** session!!" well that did not sit right we got into a heated discussion and we walked away ~ then his boss ***** ****** showed up and asked us to come back ~ he was basically a filter as they needed us to sign off on the walk through ~~ over 90 items needed to be fixed !!!! They had 6 days to get them fixed ~~ we are suppose to have our final walk through TODAY and we get a text from ******** wanting to push it to 9:30 - 10 tomorrow and our closing is at 11????????? So we have. no recourse if items have not been addressed?? He also stated that painters are at the house now ~ we are renting in the community to watch the process and we were at the house when he texted and there was nobody at the house. This whole process is extremely unprofessional and could have been alot different!!! To say I am mad upset and disappointed is an understatement. Never ever heard from ****** as a sales person he should have been in contact with us through the whole building time ~ ******** should not deal with homeowners he has zero customer service ~

Bought a home with ******** floorplan. Inspector stated there is required air ventilation for the attic. The builder didnt even do it after we requested it

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of construction and the lack of responsiveness from Taylor Morrison regarding numerous warranty issues in my newly purchased home in ************, *************, ***Poor Build Quality and Unresolved Issues Subpar Air Conditioning: The air conditioning system is woefully inadequate for the homes size, resulting in unbearably hot upper floors during warmer months.Defective Flooring: The *** flooring on the first floor has significant air pockets, causing it to shift and feel unstable. The second-floor flooring is plagued by excessive squeaking and creaking noises.Shoddy Paint and Drywall Work: Numerous paint and drywall defects were discovered upon move-in, requiring additional work to rectify.Faulty Electrical System: Several light fixtures are either dim or completely inoperative, a persistent issue that remains unresolved.Master Bathroom Disaster: The master bathroom is a prime example of poor workmanship, with misaligned tiles, sloppy grout, and overall shoddy construction. Despite repeated requests, the tile contractor has failed to address these issues, resulting in significant delays and frustration.Lack of Responsiveness and Delayed Resolutions The most disheartening aspect of this experience has been the lack of timely response and resolution of these issues. Many of these problems were reported weeks before closing, yet they remain unresolved. The constant back-and-forth with warranty managers and contractors has been incredibly frustrating and *****************'s evident that Taylor Morrison prioritized rapid construction and sales over quality, compromising the overall integrity of the homes in this community.I urge potential homebuyers to exercise extreme caution when considering Taylor Morrison. The company's apparent disregard for quality control and customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

We've been in our new home built by Taylor Morrison for a year and their warranty division is a nightmare! We've worked with 3 warranty support personnel as each one before has quit. There is no accountability to repair or fix items. Our largest issue has been with the paint throughout our house - it does not match the formula they claim to have used. As a result, every touch up they or we have done does not match. Their workers have left us with multiple different shades of paint on a single wall. ***** from TM warranty has yelled at us over the phone stating "this is not covered under warranty". They run you in circles and eventually do not pull through on their commitments. We are left to pay out of pocket to re-paint our entire house, and this is just one of our many issues since move-in. AVOID TAYLOR MORRISON AT ALL COSTS.

Taylor Morrison, as a builder , has a quality control issue with their houses, ( did you notice l didn't say home)We have multiple issues with our new house and even after reporting these issues, they have responded with the standard answer ,.. we are not fixing that ... also be aware that the community HOA, controlled & run by TM, are run in a gastopo type fashion .. no changes , except on the inside are acceptable due to their cookie cutter idea of ********* houses.. there are hundreds of builders out there.. pick another one..

Taylor Morrison has the lowest quality of building materials and craftsmanship, they dont stand by there work at all, 5 years after building with them and still finding major issues they will not address. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Company cuts corners, does not have accountability and tries to doge accountability on the product it delivers. Do not ever trust these people with your most important investment.

The home they built for us has cracks in the foundation, as well as nicks in some of the romex ran for the electrical wire. We had the wire tested with a megger by a qualified electrician, and we have a third party inspection that showed numerous problems with our brand new home, avoid Taylor Morrison like the plague

****** is a *****. Keep complaining.....we'll get that lawsuit soon.

I dont think their to be trusted they will try and cheap out and not finish the job and then make you pay for it. Very poor business
