    They sold me a piece of jewelry that does not match the pictures shown online, the ******* in the jewelry was half the size. It is also chipped. I tried reaching out and was told I was outside return window, (I was not) and then they ignored all emails after, blocked me on social media and denied my review from being published. They only want good reviews and dont care about customers who have had issues with their products.

    This complaint is in regards to an order placed on Nov 30th 2023 and necklace purchase price was $71.28
    The customer contacted us soon after delivery (12/9) stating she was unhappy with the size of the ******* that came with the necklace. We do show in the listing that all *******s are unique and can vary from the photos. 
    On 12/11 we replied with information on returning the necklace and also mentioned we have a 30 day from order date return policy and we also asked for a picture of the necklace. 
    On 12/12 we replied again saying she could send the necklace back for exchange and we would cover the cost of that, or she could return it for a refund. 
    We did not hear anything more from the customer until 1/2/24 when the customer emailed us saying she wanted to return the necklace. 
    On 1/3/24 we replied saying that we are past our 30 day return window & would not be able to take it back for a refund. 
    After that message the customer started sending and posting harassing messages that did not accurately reflect the events that transpired. We tried to work out an amicable resolution to this issue but unfortunately that was not able to be achieved in this case.
