    I had signed up for what was supposed to be a free service. They continue to bill my credit card $75/month. When I try to log in to cancel it, it won't allow me to and claims none of my emails are registered. This appears to be some sort of a scam. I am contesting it with my credit card company but the bills keep coming and there is no phone number or way to get a hold of them since they don't recognize any of my emails.

    I have been getting billed for Barefoot Student somehow and have never even used the site. I have no idea how they have my CC information and believe based on the amount of complaints that this company has some sort of backend programming and is scamming people

    We started a subscription and were told that we have an "Employer Account" that was supposed to be free (see attachment). We never agreed to an upgrade, yet they have been charging us for months for the upgrade ($75.00 a month). We have been trying to cancel the subscription through their website and have not had any response. We need them to cancel the service.

    I cancelled my account back in October 2023 and my accountant and I were going over my finances and BAREFOOT refunded me for the October payment and then started billing me all these 9 MONTHS STILL!!! They owe me $675 and they better stop charging me because if I have to change my bank information I will *** them!!

    We canceled our account with **********************, effective 2/18/24 (see attached confirmation). However, our credit card continues to be charged $75.00 per month (charges on 3/4/24, 4/4/24, 5/6/24, and 6/4/24), totaling $300 in charges after cancellation of our account.

    I was notified by my cash card account that someone from this "business" tried to charge $75 to my card. Thankfully my card was locked & the charge did not go thru, but I have NEVER been to this company's website, I had no idea who or what they did until I looked them up on here. Just letting people know to BEWARE of this scam.

    I keep receiving notifications that my account on barefoot.com has been compromised. I never signed up for an account. When I went to the site and entered my email it let me change password. I did that so that I could delete the account. The site has zero ability to manage, delete or close the account. I didn't open this account and I didn't authorize this account to be opened in my name and email address. I find it unacceptable that the site doesn't allow access to managing the account, deleting the account nor providing any contact information about the website or customer service. As a ********** resident I have the right to request that this website delete my account and all of my personal information. I believe that this website should be required to provide contact information to customer service or to have an option to delete the account. I would like this account and all of my information to be deleted permanently and immediately and I would like notification that this has been completed. Also, as a ********** resident I have the right to request that this website nor any of its entities sell or share any of my personal information.I hope that the BBB can help with this request and will also shut down this website because it's scam and is non-functioning. I would like my complaint to remain anonymous to protect my privacy. Thank you

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue we have been facing with a merchant named Barefoot Student. Our organization enrolled with their service and took the necessary steps to cancel our subscription over two years ago, in October 2022. However, to our dismay, we have continued to be charged a monthly fee of $75, totaling a staggering $1200.00.As a non-profit dedicated to supporting girls of color in underserved communities, we find this situation deeply distressing and, quite frankly, despicable. The financial impact of these unauthorized charges on our small business, which operates on limited resources, is significant. We have attempted to contact Barefoot Student multiple times, but unfortunately, no one answers their phones, leaving us frustrated and without a resolution.Our initial decision to cancel the subscription was driven by the fact that none of the three candidates provided by Barefoot Student were qualified for our needs. It is disheartening that we are left grappling with unwarranted financial burdens.Upon investigating further, it has come to our attention that many other businesses are experiencing similar issues with Barefoot Student, with unauthorized charges being withdrawn from their accounts. Since then, we have tried to contact Barefoot because we keep getting billed ($75 per month for 2 years) We would like immediate reimbursement and an end to any future contact with the company. It is incredibly frustrating that we can not get in touch with anyone, there is no number listed on the website.
