Hi I was going to write here to make a complaint about my service down today in June 20 23. I was racially discriminated and treated like someone who didnt deserve it for oil change. ******* w opened my gfs door in an inappropriate manner. They left old oil in my car and now my car is overheating more.

My wife was taken advantage of in this location. She was changed $70 to replace a cabin air filter (which sits right behind the glove box) and to have her air filter cleaned-with no mention or suggestion of doing the cleaning herself. Meanwhile, she was told your battery has a LITTLE corrosion, but no suggestion of servicing. Two days later, the car wouldnt start-and upon viewing the battery, I have never seen more corrosion on a battery ever.I called the location on her behalf, and both the assistant manager or store manager were willing to do anything to rectify the situation, outside of saying sorry, and hiding behind the fact that corporate sets the pricing and she agreed to the services. I worked in a shop for over 10 years, and while its obviously not a charity, theres a level of education thats valuable to share with a customer when it comes to properly caring for their vehicle. This was taking advantage of a woman who clearly knew nothing about her vehicle, and doing the easy work while neglecting the harder work. It was an easier $70 to do 5 minutes of work, than pulling the battery apart, cleaning all the corrosion, spraying it down-hence why the service WASNT EVEN OFFERED.Jiffy Lube Response
