    Absolutely useless! I made an appointment weeks ago after my doctor sent an order to SimonMed in *********. I drove 2.5 hours today to be here for this appt early tomorrow AM. At 3 pm today I saw a missed SimonMed call from a generic number. I called them back and was transferred to someone that I could not understand at all. I asked to be transferred to a US representative and was promptly hung up on. I called back again and was immediately transferred again from an English speaking lady to someone in broken English. The third time I got someone I could mostly understand and was told that I had received a call earlier because my appointment was cancelled. I drove all this way for an appointment made weeks prior to have it was cancelled and the earlier call I had received did not even leave me a voicemail asking me to call them back or stating that the appointment was cancelled. I told the representative that I had come a long way for this test - and was told by SImonMed that it was cancelled because the tech was doing an MRI and couldn't do my scan...even though this was scheduled for weeks! I asked how is that my fault or concern? I have been scheduled for weeks. The day before you call an cancel? Why because you make more money on and MRI than My scan? Do you only have one employee? You are the one that schedule me at this date/time...there was no problem then! What a complete joke this company is. Dont use SimonMed. They are horrible! Zero communication. No ability to contact their individual offices. No ability to schedule anything without talking to their foreign call center workers and if you ever book an appointment with them you can be assured that someone will call you the day before with some excuse because the can't plan ahead or think ahead. They just DO NOT CARE. Use them at your own risk! This company needs to outsource itself to to a socialist country since that is how it seems to be run. Zero stars if possible!!

    They billed me twice for the same procedure and getting ahold of them has been a nightmare. The people I've been on hold with know limited english and one was whispering and told me to call back in an hour after several prompts of "CAN YOU HELP ME?". I didn't hang up because I was waiting for the survey some companies do rating their employees and she wouldn't hang up either, so after literally 5 minutes of silence I hung up. The only other way to contact them regarding a billing dispute is by email, and I doubt they will get back to me. I emailed them once, nothing. I just emailed them again including all my information and I doubt they will get back to me. Oh but if I want to pay my bill, they have an entire portal for paying your bill and ONLY paying your bill. Anything else, you have to email them with all the info they should already have. The *** should be investigating this company.

    This is the worst run medical business in the country. DO NOT GO HERE. They only care about your money, they dont do the tests properly, they dont analyze tests properly. You will waist your money getting imagine at any of their locations and receive very questionable results. I had a 7am appointment location. Told to arrive at 6:30. Not one employees showed up till 7:20am long after posted hours. Doors were all locked. The employee showed up and had no clue what to do so he asked us all to leave and closed the site. Called customer service. No one had any clue as to why their employees just decided not to show up. No one cares about the day of work taken off by the patients. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS. These are incompetent people and not the people you want running your tests for potentially life altering conditions.

    When I made the appointment, they failed to tell me that they needed my previous imaging -- and they also failed to get it from my doctor or the other imaging places. I have a broken knee, so I'm in a wheelchair, and my husband had to drive me. We drove all the way there, to be told that they refused to do the mammogram without my previous imaging. Fast forward to my next appointment. I got a text the day before saying it was for 11:30, but one later in the day saying 12:30, so I figured they changed my appointment time. My husband and I went in -- broken knee, gas money, both of our time, etc. They said I was an hour late. I said the appointment had been changed to 12:30. They said that was an automated center in ******* and not their office. Then they said I had two appointments -- one at 11:30 and one at 12:30. I said I only had one -- for a diagnostic mammogram. They said I also had a diagnostic ultrasound. I told them something I had also told them last time I'd been there -- that I had had the diagnostic ultrasound elsewhere, and only needed the diagnostic mammogram. They insisted that it was for both. I said that since I was fifteen minutes early for my 12:30 appointment, would they please do just the mammogram. They refused. This is the last day of the year, and I have already met my insurance out-of-pocket, but as of tomorrow, I have a new out-of-pocket starting -- so I'll have to pay a co-pay. No matter what I said, they refused to give me my 12:30 diagnostic mammogram. I will never go back to this horrible, nasty, uncaring, rude, vile place. They don't care at all about their patients' time, money, or lives. (Because now I have to wait even longer to get a diagnostic mammogram -- and if anything bad is growing, this just gives it longer to grow before diagnosis and treatment.) This place is literally vile.

    Aside from being inefficient and rude, I paid a $200 copay before being allowed to complete my CT scan. I was not contacted for over a month, then told I need to consult my surgeon; unfortunately I was told this during the Thanksgiving holiday and had to wait 5 days to get my results. I have been harassed on a continuum telling me I owed another $100, which I knew was not true. I contacted my insurance company who tried to get this settled, and they would not communicate with them. ***** filed a grievance on them. My son and I went back to the facility, only to be told I did not owe an additional $100, and stated that billing was off shore, and they frequently have to go through corporate in ********** to resolve issues. I tried to file a complaint with corporate and have called a half dozen times, but have never received a call back! I will NEVER darken the door of any SimonMed facility again. I am a retired RN, and I can tell you, they are a poor excuse for a medical facility. Beware and steer clear of all SimonMed facilities!!!

    I had a mammogram screening at this office on 12/12/2024. When making appointment, I provided my health insurance information and asked them to verify my mammogram coverage, and I only get this service from them if they dont bill me later. They confirmed me that my insurance covers and I dont have to pay out of pocket. I have ******** and ************ day before the appointment, they called to confirm my appointment. I told them to confirm me again about the coverage because I dont want to receive their bill later. And because I had this hassle billing issue with other mammograms lab office in 2020 and did not want to go to the same issue that affected my health significantly. They assured me over the phone that just come for the appointment tomorrow with no worry about the bill, they already verified my health *************** 12/26/2024, I received their bill with payment request of $971 (!) I am so disappointed and called their office to ask them to solve their problem. The phone representative told me to call their billing department to resolve it myself! I told them please stop pointing finger at each other and keep your promise. They need to communicate within your company departments. Then the phone representative just rudely hang up the phone on **** had to call their billing department myself. After hearing my complaint, they just said they will bill my insurance! Something is not right here. They might send me bill again and again like the other company in 2020. Same bad business methods! My old nightmare has been coming back with this company. Just do not trust their words when making appointment. Its better to avoid this company for your well being.

    I have been trying to get an imaging appointment at a location other than ***** Imaging for a month. Instead of giving me an order for a ********* of my knee, my doctor sent his order directly to ***** Imaging. They called me and scheduled the appointment but since I'd never heard of them before I checked their ratings on the internet and decided to go elsewhere. I asked my doctor's office to send my order to *********************. However, they sent their imaging order right back to ***** Imaging. When ***** called me again to schedule my ********* I explained that I needed my order to go to ********************* AND they said they could schedule me with *** (Tucson Medical) but I would have to talk to a "special" person at ***** Imaging. When they transferred me to 'special person' I had to leave a voice mail. I waited for a return call which came a few days later. I hoped this was the "special" person who could schedule me at *********************, where I wanted to go. Nope! It was someone to schedule me with *****, so I explained what I wanted and she said her company DOES NOT schedule other locations. My time wasted AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN!!!!! Zero stars from me and zero stars to the medical clinics who insist on sending their orders to ***** imaging.

    Had a diagnostic ultrasound mammogram in April of left breast, and was told there was a very small mass, but to wait six months to have another ultrasound done. Waited six months, and they recorded in their file that it was the right breast and would not do the left breast where the mass actually is. Had my provider send another order, but was told by the tech at Simon Med they could only check the right breast again. What a waste of time, and money having the ultrasound on the wrong breast which of course showed nothing. I now have to start over, because they wont accept the fact that they made a mistake in my file. A woman never forgets which breast has a mass! Dont trust them with your life! Going somewhere else!

    I live in ********* 1.5 hours away, and have had my critical PET scan cancelled day of 3 times now! Two of the times I was already en route to the facility. Apparently their machine was broken. Do yourself favor and go elsewhere. Dont bother wasting your time with their back and forth.

    I have never before experienced an organization with this level of dysfunction. Thy Rescheduled my critically important MRI 5 times. Twice I went through Fasting and drive across town only to be told equipment was broken or couldnt do my exam. Stunningly incompetent.
