  The Scottsdale Police Department is the business that I am making a complaint about, but I would say report. The employees which are uniformed police officers are who has been harassing me for years. The most recent attack/arrest was in February 2023 while I was at CVS located on the corner of ***************** and ******. I was for once shopping ??? which is not allowed anywhere and that would be to not go to the register and take the things that you may have put in your cart or bag out and put them on the counter, so that a person that is an employee can scan each one and the end result is that they bag the items and say "your total is $35.00" at which time you have to give them money, dollars like two twenty dollar ?? and so then they give you change of $5.00. that is the only way that you can get anything from any store. So because this lady came towards me and said that she wanted to see what was in my purse and I told her no she said that she was calling the police 911 that's the number. And then a few minutes later I saw whom I recognize as police officers and so I started walking away and going around towards the front of the store in the process of that I was going to leave. And so this man wearing clothes that have PoLICE on them came up to me and said that he was arresting me for shop lifting, He grabbed my bag and set it down aside from me and reached for my hand and purceeded to turn me around so that he had both of my arms and he put hand cuffs on me. This has happened many times and I did t know that they could not do this. Now I do and am appalled at their existence and yet very scared because anyone can call for them and they will come and arrest me, take me to get booked and fingerprinted and file a complaint about the things that they say I did with the court. He did he took me against my will and left me at the Scottsdale City Jail. The charges are shop lifting and failure to obey a officer.

  This is in reference to 911, police, jails and the courts, I have been being taken by the police officers whom are employees of the Scottsdale Police ?? and alot of other police departments they have been doing this for years they say that they get a call because someone calls 911 and ask for police, fire, or Ambulance. They have arrested me, taken me against my will and have taken me to the city jail which is where they fingerprint me and book me because I was charged with whatever. I know that this is not suppose to happen and I am so scared every day because anywhere everyone will resort to that they are calling the cops if they don't like something, at stores they have their employees saying they want to look inside my bag, even anything they can't do what they keep on doing to me. I don't think that there ever will be a solution and all everyone says is drugs and that is a pending case in the Superior court that I was arrested by a scottsdale police officer while I was gonna ride my bike home, he took me to the Scottsdale City Jail they think that people will get in trouble when they catch them because they have dangerous drugs, a oil burner and they have takennme to prison and to Maricopa County *************. Their system says that they will keep someone in prison for life, even they say that someone can get the electric chair, lethal injection. This is going on now they talk about on the news. The picture and or videos are from other police departments. ?? I do not want anyone not any counslers, no one to come near me. I have told my mom and dad that I am not gonna come out or my room, and that would be to any person that is police anything! Please I am not providing my address because I am scared that they will come I'm even scared writing this. The contact information is not correct I am scared that they will come.   The I cider occurred about a month ago while I was shopping at CVS located on ****** and *****************. Which first ot started with a woman an employee approaching me and asking if I needed help. This is typical of employees at any business and well I know now that I don't have to talk to them! My parents continue to validate their importance. And so I didn't answer her hoping that she would just leave me alone. She didn't she came back again and said that she needed to see what was i. My purse and I just avoided her and moved away from her. I looked for my dad and as soon as I saw him told him let's go, he was acting oblivious and I said to him that there was a lady that was bothering me and to let's go. He kept in acting stupid and I just couldn't believe it so then he said he had to go and get some things and turned around and walked toward the back of the store. I was confounded and looked around for the employee and noticed that she was standing in one of the aisle towards the front of the store and so I walked outside and paced a little. Her body language made me feel that she was bluffing so I convinced myself to go back inside and continue my shopping especially because I was there shopping for medical equipment to help me mend the injury that I still have. So about 20 minutes later is when I noticed that there was a man dressed on nva6 blue that passed I front of the store and immediately thought that it was the police. So I knew that I wasn't doing anything wrong and then I saw that there was 2 police officers males that came into the store, I figured that they where not there for me but wanted to avoid them all together so I went in the opposite direction and then there was my dad and I told.him let's go and as I was standing there this f****** stranger a police officer came up to me and was like why did you run from me? And I was like what I didn't and looked back at my dad. Then there was another cop and that's when the first guy said that I
