I decided to go with solar on my house, and went with Total Solutions. They told me that I would be 75% off the grid. I should be paying SRP between $25 and $50 something dollars a month, Well I have been paying the same amount for SRP (Between $150 to $300 month) as before I went with solar. I am also paying for the solar panels ($155.00 a month), in which I have paid around ******** towards the loan. I tried to talk to the owner and he keeps butting blame on other people. I was told that "SRP is the ones who is s******* you."Contract signed 3/30/2021 Not turned on Until July 2021.

total solution llc they sold be panels which would reduce the amount I would pay to srp and I would also make energy to sell to srp but after 2 year sI see nothing of that I pay more and the energy I do make is not enough because total solution did their math wrong and I dont have the correct amount of panels needed to lower my bill and sell energy to srp. I tried calling and getting in touch with all parties involved [SRP] [Titan solar power] [total solutions] but I get told to call total solutions but they said they cannot help till next year and from other who have fallen for this scam once you call them and later try to get in touch with them they ignore you or pass the blame to others. I want them to install for free the rest of the panels needed to keep their promise or uninstall the panels and give me the money I have already paid them for the last two years. also make sure they go out of business to make sure they dont scam other good hard working people who wanted to help the environment and believed the company was a good company not some fraudsters.

Im sorry to hear you are not satisfied. Srp recommends a smaller system they do not pay for overproduction enough to warrant a larger system. The solar is to produce power during the day during expensive peak hours with srp. During the 2 years Srp prices have gone up for the portion of your electric that still comes from Srp which makes it seem like you are paying more

I was not told that all that detail stuff I was promised that my bill would be lowered even if srp hiked up the price. I was never told the system would be too small I was told they would measure the roof to what was needed for it and that IT would be enough to lower my bill and make extra energy to sell to srp. now I am being told if I want to actually make use of the system properly I have to by extra panels and pay even more to be of use, when  total solutions should have been installed enough panels from the start. how is that not a scam and and lies from what they "promised" when they came knocking at my home.

SRP tells everyone their system is too small. If you added more panels it wouldnt make much of a difference. Their pricing structure is designed for smaller systems. They dont pay well enough for overproduction. And theyve been gouging solar customers in addition. here is the article to SRP losing in appeals court for price gouging. Rather then save money they just started charging Solar customers more ***********************************************************************************************************************

unfortunately we dont control SRP pricing and the Solar system is working correctly

This adult provided her mothers death certificate and her sister was present so that the dead mother could be removed and her sister added to the title using a quit claim deed. After being notarized and submitted to Maricopa county she changed her mind. we told her to get a new quit claim deed notarized if she wanted to remove her sister.

Imagine being an adult. providing death certificates. signing a loan, contracts, getting notarized. then claiming she didnt know what she signed

the level of incompetance is shocking

We have been sold solar panels with the promise to lower our electric ****.Date of purchase 8/20/2020 price $34,175 + $2,000 We were sold on the idea that with the amount of solar panels we were purchasing our electric consumption would be fully covered and we would basically be paying only for the connection fee from SRP. It took about 8 months to activate the system and we had about 6 months doing payments to the solar panels while the panels were not installed. After the solar panel went live, we noticed no change in our electric ****. Before solar panels, on peak usage, our electric **** was about $300 a month with solar panels our electric **** is still $300 a month plus the $177 a month for solar panels. We are being forced to allow the house to heat up to offset the panel's cost which now we are in a difficult situation as living in phoenix heat is a serious issue and now that we are getting older, we are being forced to evaluate how to offset the cost. I have been good in not falling for any fraudulent activities but this one that I fell into is affecting our wellbeing. Contacted a lawyer and the way the contract is written by the time you find out the performance of the panels, you are locked in for 15 years or so.

We have been in business 4 years and this is the first complaint we have received. Im sorry that your experience wasnt satisfactory. A few points to cover

the contract is for $34175 there was no additional +$2000. If a homeowner is paying cash rather than through bank loan then they would pay $2000 up front to cover permits. This doesnt apply to the contract owner which is not the same person as the complaint. So some information was passed along incorrectly between these separate individuals

your comparing an electric **** from 2 years ago to your electric **** today. After your utility SRP increased prices.

unfortunately your utility SRP has lost a lawsuite. BBB wont allow me to link the article here but ******

"******* utility just lost in appeals court for price gouging rooftop solar customers"

Unfortunately something like this is out of total solutions control we are a sales organization

Also any delay in turning the system on, whether caused by city permitting, the installer is out of our control too.

please feel free to contact us directly with questions
