    Oct 12 my insurance dispatched Hollywood towing to transport my vehicle. Upon delivery I was notified by mechanic shop of my vehicle the front bumper was cracked in multiple places by the tow driver. The car was broke down at a mechanic so I contacted tow company immediately Monday morning was greeted with hostility and was told they didnt do it I was to blame. I demanded pictures they took before and after transport be sent to me. 1 hour later the owner contacted me accepting fault and that they would take care of this. So I thought. Upon telling them I would not get my vehicle fixed at their shop they got very upset and that set the tone. After sending my quotes they would call and try to intimidate me into doing what they wanted. I received the car back from where it was towed and when I actually inspected it I found more damage then was first presumed: I then gave my updated terms with a quote of the damages from a body shop my terms were the amount quoted by shop, Then called me again tried intimidating me I hung up on them. They txted me Take it to court goodbye I sent screen shot of their email accepting fault and I asked for their insurance company they then sent me this long txt message that they tried to pay me and now Im unreasonable and they just got off the phone with their lawyer and they will be taking me to court now. For apparently trying to collect the damages done to my vehicle that they accepted fault for. They are super rude try to intimidate people. And I do not believe they are serving the public in any positive way

    This Customer is lying. I offered him $4,300 CASH this morning  to accommodate the highest estimate out of four estimates. We have the photos to prove only ONE crack was caused to the front bumper by my driver. Customer refuses to supply additional photos of any other damage than the one crack. Customer also refuses to sign a release of liability form. 

    This seems to be more or less a dispute between Customer and my driver. I have went out of my way to try to facilitate this repair by offering this Customer cash. Now my ***************** and Attorney are getting involved.
