This organization does not pay their employees. Very disrespectful to their workers. Employee decided that the organization was not a great fit. Unfortunately, he has yet to receive payment.Tride and True Pest and Termite Control LLC Response

Hello thanks for your concern. Unlike many employers, our company pays every week on Friday. The individual you are referring to had abandoned his vehicle during a weekend without notice and has not been heard from since. Tride and True is always available for pest,weed and termite control services. We do offer custom services on our pest regiments contract-free. Those who want reoccurring services give payment information on file or prepay in advance. In this circumstance it appears we were on an as needed, will call us basis. Spoke with a ******** who was very rude...details not important, but she was ill-informed, and argued with me...then I asked to speak with someone else. The owner, ****** is terrific, and has always been helpful. And *******, the service technician, is great as well. Not happy at all. I've had their pre-emergent put down for the last 2 years. Each time, it has not lasted more than about 6 months before weeds start popping up.This time I called as soon as I saw the first leaf. They could not get a tech out for 3 weeks. By this time, I had a small forest on my yard. On the day of the appt, no tech showed up. I called the company and was old the appt was for the following day. Fine, until the next day when the tech still did not show up. Called again and was told it was a computer glitch and they would reschedule. Another 5 days. Now, at 8:30am on the appointed morning, it was raining. Called to see if tech would still be coming. NO! By 9:30am, sun shining. Called back to see if we could get him back. Too late! already rescheduled for another 5 days out. We're now almost 6 weeks waiting for the tech. Hopefully, he'll show up this time.I would not be so ****** if this was the first time this happened. Even my HOA is getting tired of sending me warning letters, to say nothing of the dirty looks from the neighbors every time I step out my front door.I would not recommend this weed control service to anyone. However, I also have them for my pest control and that part of the business seems to be working out fine.Tride and True Pest and Termite Control LLC Response

Got a call the 8:30am the day after I posted this review. Miraculously, the owner was now available and would be over i 15 minutes to spray. Wonderful!Got a call the following day asking for the $135.00 payment for the treatment. Since the pre-emergent was annual, I had expected any follow up to be covered but now they say they only warrantee the "annual" treatment for 6 months and I'm past that point.Needless to say, I will be severing ties and will not be adjusting my rating of 1 star.
