Sent by my home warranty. He was at my house for 2 minutes saying there was a leak and he wanted 130$ per pound of Freon. No help whatsoever. Asked where the leak was and he said he didnt k ow but who ever added ***** before didnt fix the leak. But he did find a leak. No help, dont call unless you want to waste your time.

NEVER let your home warranty service send you this company or use this company. ***** is a fraud and lier! He has absolutely NO knowledge about Ac units or thermostats. Our how warranty sent him to fix our thermostat and wasnt even in our home 5 mins. He literally looked at our thermostat and said oh I cant fix this! I dont know how to work on these new style thermostats. What I can do is replace it with an old style that I know how to use he literally has no knowledge of new style thermostats. He lied and told us he was going to dispatch someone else out then lied on our service request that I was asking for a new thermostat. So now home warranty says the case is closed. Im warning everyone! Do not use! Put on your no not let service! After looking him up after he left you can see from all the other reviews! Hes a lier, scam artist and frauding customers and home warranty insurances!

This company was selected by my home warranty, AHS, to service the ** for my rental property which stopped cooling 2 days prior. This is considered an emergency im ******* when the temps were consistently 110 degrees. After waiting this long for someone to come out, this guy showed up, spent maybe 2 minutes to look around and said he couldn't go up on the tile roof (where the ** was). Now I've had all kinds of ac companies up there to both install a brand new unit and service it, without a problem. Its a two-story house with a tile roof, nothing unusual whatsoever for *******. My tenants called right after he left, pretty upset and feeling hopeless. So I called him immediately. The guy was extremely rude, saying there's no way to get up there. I patietly asked how this was different for him than anyone else, and even suggested how the others got up there in the past. This guy was a real low life though, and didn't want to do his job. So he hung up on me and left us to scramble and start the process over again with my home warranty company. No empathy for the house that's currently 100 degrees. Just pure laziness. What kind of an ** company doesn't go on roofs??? That's as laughable as a roofing company that doesn't go on roofs. Do not trust your business to this sorry excuse for a professional. He has no business being in his insustry.
