I took my vehicle in for a Ac diagnostic and the mechanics took apart some components to check the ** system. Not only did they disassemble the components they unloosed a main hose and called it a leak. I have records for my vehicle to show proof their allegations are false. My Ac had a leak that freeon lasted 4 days. Had the hose they alleged was loose my ** would not last 4 days. Furthermore, a sensor and other bumper component was unscrewed and not rescrewed. I was told to come back and the components would be reassembled. ****** the manager did not do again what he said he would do. ****** is giving false information and scamming consumers. He should have reassembled the components that were removed and gave me my car back. He lied. He mislead me as a customer and attempted to scam me for more money. This dishonesty and mechanic is exercising dishonest dealings. Consumer beware.

    Hello *******,

I apologize for your experience with our company. Your vehicle came in with an AC leak. We performed an AC leak diagnostic, which is not very invasive and doesn't require removal of any of the components you claimed were left loose. We performed the leak diagnostic and provided you with answers on where the leak was coming from.  The components you stated were left loose, were not removed during the vehicles service with us. We invited you back in and invited you to the back shop to physically show you what was removed during the leak test and to show to you that everything was installed correctly. On top of this we did not charge for the leak test at all. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to me directly at *****************************.

    Best Regards,

    Geoff Spencer, Owner

I cannot believe this place has a 4.5 rating, my son took his 2007 ******* Sonata to the location in ************** because it was overheating still after replacing thermostat water pump and radiator, they performed a compression test and said that it had a blown head gasket and milky oil which was the biggest bunch of c*** I've ever heard, I changed the oil myself and there was no coolant in the oil, these people did no other inspections to see if maybe there was another reason for the overheating which there are quite a few, a blown hose will cause overheating cause if coolant is coming out of a blown hose it doesn't make it to the radiator. They were trying to get $23,000 out of a 20 year old kid to fix car that isn't even worth 3 grand, I'm no mechanic and neither is my husband but I know a thing or two about a thing or two and we were able to fix the car in less than 5 minutes. Because of their negligence my son thought he had no other choice but to go buy a new carand spend every last dime he had on a down payment and had absolutely no money for a week til he got paid again. He had just purchased his Sonata 3 weeks before. The car does not have a blown head gasket it's been fixed it and I've been driving it myself for about a week now and it hasn't overheated once. He was charged 80 dollars for their c*** inspection

I feel I'm justified in my claim against Spencer Auto Repair. I reached out to Spencer Auto Repair but all I got from them was negative responses. The owner of Spencer Auto Repair got involved and he emailed me to tell me that I couldn't prove my allegations. So, therefore they will not accept responsibility for the damage to my truck and that he has already contacted their attorney. A bolt was dropped into my engine block, and it only could have happened when the intake was removed, and Spencer Auto Repair removed the intake in order to replace the *** Cooler on my truck. Furthermore, the new *** Cooler was mounted back on with two different types of bolts. The bolt found inside my engine block matched one of bolts that was used to mount the *** Cooler back on. The owner of Spencer Auto Repair was informed of this, and he still insisted I couldn't prove it.So, the question is "How did the *** Cooler bolt get inside my engine block?" Spencer Auto Repair was the last who worked on my truck prior to my truck breaking down on January 28, 2023.I want Spencer Auto Repair to repay me back the $2749.50 that I originally paid them to work on my truck in October of 2022 and also reimbursement of $6228.52 that I paid JT's Auto Diesel to repair my truck due to Spencer Auto Repair negligence and carelessness when they worked on my truck in October of 2022. I tried to work with Spencer Auto Repair but apparently the owner was not interested at all, he did not offer any solutions but that he has contacted his attorney.

We bought our ***** in April of 2022 and in September 2022 started having issues with a stuck lifter. We have warranty on the vehicle and we decided to take it to Spencer's Auto Repair in **************, **. It is now ending of December 2022 and we still don't have our vehicle. We call and leave messages and they tell us we will get a call back and that never happens unless we call back. We always get the runaround from the manager. First it was that they were waiting on the insurance to go and inspect the vehicle to get approved. About a month went by and we hadn't heard from them. We called the insurance and they said that they had already approved for them to break it down to the point of failure. It seems they aren't capable of doing the job or don't have the knowledge to do it. All they keep saying is that they're shorthanded and just full of excuses. We need help resolving this issue We need our family vehicle back!

Brought a **** ****** Highlander to this shop on March 14th, 2022 to have the bank one catalytic converter, the valve pan gaskets, and oil pan gasket replaced. I informed the manager that was working the front that I had to leave to be home by Monday, March 21st. I was told it would be done Wednesday morning at the latest. I didn't get my car back till Friday the 18th after daily calls. I was told it would be ready to go through emissions testing when I arrived. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was out on a road test, but the sensors still would not be ready for the emission testing. I picked the car up and started to drive home, about 8 miles into my drive the check engine light came back on and I had to return the vehicle the shop. I looked under the hood and noticed it appeared the bank two catalytic converter was replaced instead of bank one. I informed your assistant manager of this. I received a call later on Friday to inform me that "the wrong bank one catalytic converter was replaced". I informed him there is only one bank one catalytic converter. Now I had to wait till Monday to pick the vehicle up and missed a week of work due to this. The vehicle currently has a blown motor due to lack of oil, within a **** miles of the "repair".
