Schools must embrace the idea that fraud is an institutional issue that can impact all aspects of the college, not just the financial aid office. Chancellors, admissions directors, IT staff, vice chancellors for student and academic affairs, business/bursar administrators and online learning administrators all need to take a role in protecting Title IV funds." That being said Financial aid administrators have a fiduciary's responsibility to report suspected fraud. To protect the integrity of the school but also to protect the abuse of the student(s) being defrauded. I have on numerous occasion have advised STAFF ***** AND ADMINISTRATION of the suspected Financial aide fraud that has been occuring in my account. This is sad to say but no one has stood up on their own accord and reported it. The above paragraph states that the school has a DUTY to report it if anything. Instead the very people who are supposed to protect the rights of the student ..me have turned and slandered my name allowed the fraud to continue and put a stop to me furthering my education. I am being abused by the very system that is here to help me by allowing false complaints to be filed and abusing the due process and the rules created by this institution. Now this will not can not continue by any means due what you feel is necessary to stop me from pursuing who committed this fraud in my name. I have access to every login every change every sign in on my account . Along with the ** location and what web browser and device date and time was used to get in my account. This is My account that I created and I have every right to be in as much as I want when I want because I am entitled to this as a citizen of *****************.

This letter serves as Rio Salado Colleges reply to the referenced complaint. We have previously forwarded the students complaint to the appropriate office within the College, and representatives have contacted the student directly in regard to the complaint.
Because of federal privacy laws, we are unable to share any other details of the students personal information and the manner of resolution with BBB. In addition, the student has been encouraged to follow our published Student Complaints guidelines in order to facilitate resolution by sending an email to ******************************************* or completing the webform located at *******************************************************************************. Further, the student has been advised of the process with ****************** College District to file an identity theft claim, as well as contacts within the Department of Education to submit a financial aid fraud claim.

Rio Salado Collage is by far the WORST school you could attend. I would have given negative stars if i could. This institution has thier pocket in mind and not your education. Your ability to sucueed is the LAST thing they want for you. In fact they will do what they can to ensure you do not succeed. I have a **** with over 36 credits through another **************** I have taken accelorated, Online, in person courses. I have NEVER had such disrespect, belitlement, and lack of desire to help you learn. The instructure refuses feedback whatsover. Any resonse is the most BROAD specturm response. She is super biast and if you do not agree with her stance on somthing she will grade accordingly instead of appropriately to the ruberic. The upper chairman of the school are zero help ******. You have someone who is trying to be sucessfull and they all said ***. This course has been a waste of time, money, energy, and time away from my family. I work in the healthare system and know 100s of people coing in and out of school for further educatuon. After speaking with a few others they have also had simmilar expierences with this discrace of a "school". We have done a great proactive work to ensure our National wide hospital does not endourse this school as an academic partner. SHAME ON YOU RIO SALADO - Maybe focus more on helping and educating rather than stealing money with zero resourses hoping people will contiune to retake a course at your poor excuse for a school.Rio Salado College Response
