            On December 11, 2024 *** completed agreed upon electrical work in my home. However, the elder electrician dropped & broke into pieces one of five glass bowls below the five lights of my 20 year old beautiful Hubbardton Forge Aegis 5 chandelier, which is still sold today . I asked for an adjustment in their bill, but they refused. I told them I expected to be paid for the expenses I would incur to repair the chandelier. I paid **** $1500 bill. Calling the manufacturer regarding a replacement bowl, I learned the soft golden bowls were discontinued and only white bowls were available. After fruitless searching for the vintage golden chandelier bowl for weeks online LA to ***, I had to replace all five bowls with white so they would all be the same color. I paid $379.74 for replacement bowls. I called and spoke to project manager ***** ***** numerous times regarding doing additional work at my home. Initially he indicated he would replace my chandelier but I did not need now want a different one. He then submitted bids that were always higher than others. Finally, I wrote him a couple times asking to be reimbursed. He never responded. He is ghosting me. I need help collecting money from a businessman who talks repayment for my costs but will not accept responsibility of paying what GES owes me. I know he fired the electrician who broke my chandelier but he will not pay me my costs, which I round up to $400 for all my time and effort. Disturbing conduct by a businessman. I would never recommend him to others because of inflated pricing and ignoring my requests to reimburse me for repairing a chandelier GES broke.
