Im writing this on behalf of my grandparents who were taken advantage of by this awful company. The work they came out to do was negligible and dangerous and the company was unprofessional and manipulative. Told us they werent liable for any of the damage they caused which includes broken appliances, two small electrical fires, sullied carpet, and a number of personal items being damaged due to them flooding the air with dust on three separate occasions. They repeatedly refused to put tarps to prevent the spread of dust every single time which left us short of breath and coughing. They tricked my grandpa into buying from their own supply of floorboards which they hiked up the price on. They also never came to finish the job and completely dropped contact instead. So far weve replaced the fridge, stove, and electrical systems due to damages they caused and still have many things needing repair or replacement; most of which are personal items. They did not seem to care about our safety or the safety of our belongings. I will be able to procure more documents and receipts once this complaint gets a response but because Im writing this on behalf of my family I do not have them at the moment.

Hello,
Would it be possible to get a little more information about your grandparents property so we can look into this job? An address of the property would be best and we can look at the notes and procedures that took place at the property.
If there were damages caused by the water then the insurance company should be paying for that in covered claim. If there was negligence on the technicians side of things then that is a different story. Typically if we are doing a demo that will create dust our standard practice is to contain the area. If I can get more information I can look into this more and find a resolution.
