In seeing a majority of good reviews on ******** for Mr. *** felt confident that he would be the one that I could count on to fix issues that would periodically arise with my car, very important to me as a single mom. On March 27, 2021 I gave Mr. * $335.00 to replace the serpentine belt in my car, never gave thought to look and see if the work was actually done. On my way to work on June 2, 2021 to work my second job I was having major car issues, thank God for his mercy and ***** I made it to work and called a friend to meet me after work to look at my car to see if he could detect anything wrong. In looking under the hood he spotted right away that the serpentine belt had slipped off, again thank God for his mercy and ***** because I was able to drive my car to work, not sure if that belt came off while driving or when I parked when making it to work. I addressed this with Mr ** and never got a refund which speaks volumes in regards to the type of person he is. However we all have to answer to God for what we do right as well as wrong. I am a single mother and often struggle financially and it was very painful and caused a lot of anxiety to be done like this. It seems to be single women he does this to the most, even more so black women. My advice to especially single women/mothers considering using him especially ones that don't know him personally, WARNING you may want to consider someone else to assist with your car issues.

I just wanted to add that there is no question that the serpentine belt on my car wasn't replaced because I had my car since 2012 and in looking at the belt after the fact you could see the wear on it.
