    Contracted PODS for moving to **, scheduled pickup and delivery as necessary within required timeframe. Pod delivery was delayed originally by two weeks, then after relentless calling and waiting on hold for 2.5 hours each call they finally moved up the delivery to one week late. **************** was completely lacking, each representative we spoke to promised they would call and email updates back, this never happened. Our pod was delivered to the *** facility the day after it was supposed to be delivered to our new home. The *** facility refused to move up the delivery regardless of our pleas for help because we were sleeping in our home on hardwood floors with a 8 month old baby.

    Boy, am I angry!!!! Two weeks ago, I scheduled my Pod to be delivered on June 15th. I have been in contact with Pods several times during this time period to make sure everything was in place for this delivery. I called yesterday on 6/13 and was assured that my Pod would be there on time. Today, at 3:00 pm, I got an email that due to a scheduling error ON YOUR PART our Pod would not be delivered until 6/21. I have movers scheduled to unpack this Pod on 6/16. Since I will have to cancel those movers, I will be responsible to pay most of the moving fee. I have tried calling several numbers, and I have explained my situation and was told that there is nothing that could be done. They would not give me a supervisor. To make matters worse, I was hung up on twice. I am elderly and my wife and I are living out of a suitcase in our new home. This is unacceptable and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You took my delivery money and cant even bring my Pod when promised, cancelling at the last minute. Well, I just got hung up again.
