CAUTION TO THE CONSUMER. I had a terrible experience with Temperature Control **** in ****** during the summer of 2022. Technicians came out several times to repair my AC due to rodents chewing through wires and damaging different parts even after they installed a pack rat protection kit that wasn't effective. After the 3rd visit they started to ignore my calls to check in to see if the parts they claimed to order finally arrived. At the time I was staying in a hotel because the temperature in ****** was consistently above 110 degrees during the day time and they left me with no working AC in my home. When I finally got a hold of someone in the office it was made clear by tone, language and general lack of action that the company was not going to help me. The employees of the company neglected me as a customer in hopes that the problem would just disappear. They did not execute the communication skills or take the appropriate responsibility of admitting where they stood in their ability to resolve the problem. Ultimately, I was exhausted from being displaced from my home due to the treatment I was receiving from this company as well as feeling financially taken advantage of through these circumstances. I certainly hope the character of the employees has improved since that time and advise anyone who is seeking their services to proceed with caution.

I had a great experience with *****. He diagnosed my Kohler generator problem and gave me options. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and technically very competent. I am glad to have him as my Kohler maintenance customer support.
