I took great care in selecting a business to repair the rear bumper of my less than one year old vehicle that had only some paint/aesthetic damage. It was worth my paying out of pocket given the age of my vehicle to have a quality and gold standard job done. I chose Big Sky for a couple reasons but primarily due to it being privately owned and not a big chain/corporation and also due to the positive customer reviews on all platforms.****** and his family business did not disappoint. From intake to delivery back of my 2023 Lexus GX460 I received what I would call nothing less than 'white glove' service. Bumper repair on a new vehicle is not an inexpensive journey, particularly with not being able to get around ADAS/calibration post repair but Big Sky was up front with me upon quoting me services and the entire job/process was worth it to me. They sent me photo's throughout the process, to let me know what was happening and ensured that my vehicle upon check in would not be tagged as collision given it was not with today's systems with vehicles and reporting being so intertwined. The bumper repaint was flawless and they did an top notch job.The real icing on the cake was when I took delivery back of my vehicle and it had been fully detailed (it literally looked better than when I had dropped it off) and there was this lovely touch of a thank you note, information and a bag on the front seat. You truly can't beat quality and care in business these days and that is what you get here. I dealt mostly with ****** and ***, both of whom were incredibly engaging, knowledgeable and know how to deliver on service.

Big Sky Collision center cheated *********** insurance company out of $4156. My son's vehicle was towed to their place for repairs in Nov of 2022. They created a repair estimate for $8027.02 & my insurance company, Liberty Mutual, approved it. Big Sky began the work and completed the work in Jan 23. However, they ultimately did work on the vehicle that far exceeded anything that had been submitted & approved for. Additional repair work that was not on the original estimate, was required to be submitted to Liberty Mutual on a supplement form to get approval prior to the work being started. The header at the supplement form states verbatim..."ALL SUPPLEMENTS REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL BY LIBERTY MUTUAL/SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY". Instead of first getting approval to perform additional work, Big Sky performed the work & used the supplement form simply as a bill to the insurance company. As an example, the headrest on the vehicle deployed during the accident as they are designed to do. However, they are also designed to be reset. Big Sky was unable to reset them, so they took it upon themselves to purchase new ones. The cost was roughly $650 per headrest. They then charged my insurance $1002 per headrest. They also charged 2 hours of labor to install the new headrest. In the end, their bill was $12,854, over $4800 above the last approved estimate.******* Revised Statute 44-1522 requires a written estimate of the cost of services before starting work. A.R.S 44-1523 prohibits a business charging more than 110% of the estimated cost of services. With the last approved estimate being $8027, Big Sky criminally broke both of these ******* laws. In total, they kept the vehicle 5 months. As Liberty Mutual believed they already paid a fair price for the ************* Sky was exceeding necessary work, I had to take a loan out for the remaining bill before they would release the vehicle. Big Sky are insurance scammers & have no fear for violating state law.

4 months later and we are still waiting for our refund check. Demanded full payment before the vehicle would be released and said they would send the difference once they received the money from insurance. I have emailed about the refund and no response. Promised several different times the vehicle would be ready just to find out it was not. We always had to call for an update. When the date of completion had passed, they would never call us.
