            Transaction Dates: 12/13/2021, 12/14-16/2021, & 03/28/2022 Amount Paid: $2,271.75 Problem: A/C not blowing cold air & compressor broken making a lot of noise. 12/13 ******: compressor broken, pulley falling off, receiver dryer needs & condenser also need replacement; warranty covers all parts & labor for 3 yrs or 36k miles whichever comes first. 12/14/2021 ******: Pick-up & as driving off lot A/C still not blowing cold air, also max A/C button doesn't work (working prior to drop off). Took car back same day. 12/15 was told new compressor was defective had to replace & gets cold but only a few minutes then stops. 12/16 said they tried swapping out the high pressure switch, the transistor in evaporator case, & 3 electrical components & still didn't fix it. ***** said 3 other possibilities not tested yet are: ECM (computer), Control Panel, or Elec.Wiring Harness. Thinks it's the evaporator core (inside expansion valve) leaking freon (fix at addt'l cost $759.00). I decided to wait until warmer months to continue, per ***** okay to drive car won't damage work done so far if we wait. 12/22-23/2021 Unrelated repairs at different shop (Trans. Unlim.). Got 2nd opinion on a/c issue. They don't see issue being electrical/computer or evaporator core. They say a/c not cold because freon leaking due to old hoses, o-ring, and/or clamps not tighted enough poor/messy job by other shop. Recommend to take back to ****** for proper finish of work paid for. Told him, I didn't trust ****** to do the right thing, after my experience w/them. Instead will wait until March/April to finish work w/him instead since not pressing. 3/24/2022 Took to Trans. Unlim. to finish work. Was told can't finish started by ******; due to compressor broken; need ****** to replace under warranty 1st. 03/28 Took to ******; said compressor not broken but replaced anyway; said take to dealership its ECM or Control Panel issue. 03/31 Took to Trans.Unlim; compressor still broken, can't fix.
