            I have made repeated requests to Pima Community College to remove my address from their postal mailing list, but they continue sending mail to someone who does not live at my address. I want them to stop.

            I have not attended college in several years. I randomly received an email in May informing me of a balance due. I called the college and inquired about this, and they advised me it was an odd thing to happen; they would look into it and call me back if they needed to. I didn't hear back again this month; June received an email informing me of this balance. I reached out to accounts receivable, and they proceeded to tell me there is now a hold on my account, and I need to pay this if I want it removed. Apparently, they allege I received multiple refunds, which I did NOT receive. I have downloaded the payments, and in fact, I ended up paying for a class I could not take! I spent more than I should have, and the college kept this money. Now I am to pay $269 again for no reason other than the system had an error? I do not owe this college a dime! If anybody owes anything, it is them for not allowing me to drop the class I was forced to stay in despite a discriminatory teacher. I am not appalled at this establishment's behavior. Pima College should remove my hold, and my account should go back to what it should be, at a zero balance, which has always been! Every semester I've paid my total amounts; I never kept a balance, let alone for this long. I should not be penalized for your mistakes. This is ridiculous, and companies should not be allowed to raise false balances for no reason like this.
