    I am unable to get the CFO to be reasonable and remove inaccurate information from my credit report and unable to get him to honor his verbal.agreement which was TAPE RECORDED that he would reage the account and allow me to make ontime payments, to show a positive payment.history after the collection manager who was angry that I went above her head to her boss. She was able to convince him not help me due to my disability and housing status. *** *********. I will also dispute account with all 3 credit bureaus. THE CFO should not make promises to members and then change him mind. He stated on a tape recorded call he is frustrated and hung up the phone on Me. He did not explain why is he frustrated.

    RE: Complaint ID # 19499614- *** ***
    There were no commitments by TOPCU personnel communicated to *** *** to erase his loan’s
    past due history or the entire loan from the credit bureaus.  That would be a violation of TOPCU
    procedures and our fiduciary responsibility to report fair and accurate information to the credit
    bureaus. 
    Mr. ***** claim to inaccurate reporting is not correct.  Mr. *** applied for a loan, on
    12/23/2021 he received the proceeds from that loan and did not make any payments on the loan. 
    It is our obligation and responsibility to accurately and fairly report all borrowers loan
    information to the credit bureaus.  Other credit grantors rely on that information as we did when
    he applied for his loan.  Those credit grantors expect accurate credit bureau reports.    
    Mr. *** has been, and will continue to be, treated with respect and without discrimination.  Mr.
    *** was never mistreated by TOPCU personnel.

    The CFO has agreed to remove the charge off status and report positive payment history all 3 credit reports show something different the fact is all credit reports must be accurate so removing a charge off status that they agreed to would that violate the law ? 

    This company has never been sued in small claims court in Pima County AZ, I might be the first person to SUE THEM.

    I have contacted KGUN9 and they are interested in my story which is a low income disabled man on disability with housing status issues can't get help from the CEO after asking for help with credit repair errors leaving me with no options and suffering everyday and intentionally ruing my credit and promising me removal of negative information and then changing their mind. I am meeting with the reporter and a producer. I have a copy of a tape recorded call which I will provide to them. The CEO does not care or have any compassion and will not settle or negotiate with people in need. My attorney is going to be with me when we speak with the reporter. I have disputed the debt and the entire account under the FCRA with all 3 credit bureaus.
