    I got behind on my bill but I was trying to catch up I made a payment for *** in july so services wouldn't be disconnected my kids use it for school I wasn't able to make more payments due to medical situations was not able to work so I received a notice that services were going to be disconnected in the next 3 days if I'm not able to make a payment I understood and yes services stopped working I started receiving a message no internet connection could connect to but with no internet so I thought OK services were disconnected. I logged in recently to pay off what I owed and noticed I have a bill for August and September and probably will be getting one for October. So I called to ask why if service was disconnected July they said there was in order for disconnection but tech probably forgot to disconnect and that I should have called tech support to figure out why it wasn't working but in their end I had internet service and I have to pay i did mention I received a notice saying services were going to be disconnected in 3 days and I had personal health issues dr **** specialist **** the last thing in my mind is call them and remind them to do their job and disconnect cuz it's scheduled to be disconnected in 3 days due to late payments lady did say I'm sorry I understand it was a mistake in our part but you had service so I asked to talk to a manager and they said manager was not in ill have manager call you when he's in I called back later that day that I did not receive a call back they said he had to leave due to an emergency next morning called but they said he was not in yet but that he has me in mind I'm just trying to connect service back on for my kids in school and hate that it became this difficult I can't afford to pay off the times my service didn't work the time it was suppose to be disconnected.
