I signed a contract around $4,000 and never once received one of the services due to scheduling conflicts. I am now requesting a refund and I am being told no and that I have to receive the treatment or use the credit toward something else. I am zero desire at this point to receive the treatment I signed up for and have zero need for their other services. I just simply want my money back for having not received any of the services. I would understand had I received some sort of service. On top of it all, I did not finance my contract. Straight cash, just do what is right and give me my money back and we can all move on.Review from Nell A

This company's practices are highly questionable. Their customer service is awful. Two years ago, I made a purchase of nearly $10,000 package in their laser removal. Like others, I was initially charmed by a very friendly salesperson who assured me the package would span 16 months and be time-based, allowing unlimited usage. However, when COVID-19 struck, their store was closed for four months. While the store manager and nurse did agree to extend my treatment, I had to temporarily relocate, and there was no ideal image clinic nearby. They assured me they would pause my account, allowing me to continue treatment upon my return. After multiple conversations, they claimed to have noted this in my account. But, upon my return, they said I had received a "full treatment" and demanded additional payment for getting laser hair removal. Despite my attempts to explain, they insisted my contract had ended, ignoring the impact of COVID-19. I'm still paying off a loan for their package, even though I didn't receive the service promised. This company needs to be held accountable for their practices. I've read numerous negative reviews and wish I had seen them before making this purchase. The problem lies in how effectively they market their subpar service and pressure customers into signing contracts.Review from Rosemary R

This place is the worst! Like the review B4 me, they use this high energy, pushy sales person to sell u thgs u don't want. Unless you're experienced w ppl like this, u cud easily fall into her trap. I don't kno how many times I told this sales lady I didn't need to take a loan out to pay for my procedure. I kept telling her I am paying cash up front, in full. She completely dismissed me and I was under the impression I was signing for the procedure, in reality I was also signing for a $4800 loan that I didn't need or want. The worst part was when I cxd the appt, I also called the lender and told them to Cx the Pymt ck. Ideal Image had already received the ck and they were trying to get me to cover it, even tho I cxd. In the end, they were held responsible to pay the lender back. This made them very unhappy. They actually called and left a msg threatening me if I spoke up about my experience, which I have saved. Can u believe the audacity. They must have been very hard up needing that ck. This is ***** and very telling what it says about this company. I am beyond thrilled I didn't use them for any procedures.Review from Viorica T

I had the same issue like I saw reading another reviews .I signed the contract for service on Feb 22/22during a Zoom consultation. I did not have time to read the contract ,person who was on another side rushed me to sign it. I discovered few days after that day ,on to my first appointment the treatment does not address my issue ,The consultation could not identify the concerned and solution for my case. I was asking to cancel and refund. I did not received any service from my contract which is $ **** value .I contacted the agent who I signed the contract on the Zoom, and who told me the money are non refundable .I was not informed about that and I did not have time to read 12 page of contract because I was pushed to sign it .I can show that time between appointment and signing was not allow me to read the documents which are filled with all kind of way to defense the business against costumers . I provided the doctor ********* like they request tray to get the refund and I did not hear from them since. I contacted Legal Shield for legal advice about situations and the office sent a letter to Ideal image requesting refund to be made. The time of 45 days passed and no answer from Ideal Image .I am tired of calls with no answer and promises I will be contacted shortly. Today when finely I got someone on another end I find out they just received the letter and would be review of management, My hope are nit to high on this point. Is just playing games ,no considerations for people ,like a shark bites .I will come back with update if that refund happening ,hopefully .Anyway we must be careful what we sign .Customer Response

Ideal Image ****** still ignoring me . I was advised from Legal Shield lawyer to follow the small claim process . Keep informed about developments.
