I want to recognize the excellent work by the Carpet One team in ******. After a major plumbing leak led to a six-month restoration project, I was fortunate to work with **** as my salesperson. **** spent quality time with me, reviewing the floor plan and helping me select the best new flooring for my home. The ordering process with her was smooth and easy. When I encountered issues with the installation by the *********************** general contractor (not affiliated with Carpet One), I reached out to ****, who promptly connected me with *****. ***** organized a quick inspection by Carpet One experts. **** inspected the work, clearly explained the installation problems, and created a corrective action plan. Carpet One rushed the new laminate and installation order, and their in-house crew swiftly corrected and completed the job.I also want to thank *****, who made sure the final details were perfect by installing the remaining T-molds and fine-tuning the installation. ***** and ******* from the warehouse were always helpful in scheduling and organizing the process.I couldnt be happier with the resultsthe laminate floor is beautiful. In the future I would definitely recommend having Carpet One handle the installation as they really know what they are doing! Working with the Carpet One team during the restoration process was the highlight of the project. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism, customer service, and extra effort in bringing my challenging project to a successful close.

I can not say more than buyers stay away !!I had the worst experience I have ever had in over ************************************************* December and picked out flooring for our entire house, I was given my estimate and agreed to pay our 1/2 as required I was told great news the floor we picked was in stock. I received a call 2 weeks later and was told only half the order came but I could get part done and the rest in 4 to 6 months when it arrived, that was not going to work being dye lots can vary in color and disappointing because the rest of my remodel had to be put on hold so we had to go in and try to pick something else close to what we had I understand with supply issues things happen but you would have thought the manager would have had some compassion but no way That is when the real fun began I was told installers would need 8 days to complete 34 days later when I got my house back I came home to water in bathroom all over the new floor, so you would think you would get a apology No, I was told this was a defect from the builder (mind you this toilet has worked for 25 years) so they say they are going to do me a favor and send out a plumber he proceeds to break the tank off the toilet and tells my wife it is old. Then to add more fuel to the fire they **** me for the plumbers time to break the tank off my toilet, we spent 26k at this store and had a order for 13k in blinds which I have now canceled and if I owned that store I would fire the manager.

We have handled your job timely and professionally The original invoice was dated 01-07-22. The reselection was ordered on 01-12-22. We received your product on 01-27-22. This is 12 business days from when the order was placed. Your product came from ******, **. This is the average amount of time to receive product into ******. Our scheduler spoke to your wife on 01-26-22 and set up the following dates. Moisture test 01-31-22, pick up moisture tests and deliver the product on 02-03-22. The moisture test takes 72 hours to perform. That is why we allotted three days for the pick-up. We scheduled your demo right away. This took place on 02-04-22, which was a Friday. Your install started on Monday 02-07-22. The 8 day time frame would have worked, however there was UNFORSEEN FLOOR PREPARATION. This is why we put the verbiage right on our invoice, so that you wont be discouraged should we need additional time to get your project completed to our highest standards. Even with the 30 bag self-leveling pour to get your floors within tolerance, we completed your install on 02-21-22. This is eleven working days. For a job of this magnitude, this time frame is very reasonable. We are not plumbers, but because we like to try and get things completed in a timely fashion, we will reset toilets for our clients. You are correct in the fact that your toilet was 25 years old. There were two issues with the toilet. The original ****** that was installed wasnt able to be adjusted to the lower finished floor material that you all selected. This is why we tried to shim the new toilet, and it didnt work. Sometimes when an older toilet is removed the seal can break between the bowl and the tank. The rubber seal will get dried out and crack. This is beyond our control. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for things that are out of our control. We did send out a plumber at our expense, but that was not appreciated by you. We even gave you a discount off your invoice which was more than enough for you to purchase a new toilet. When it is time to pay your agreed upon balance, you have tried to intimidate and threaten us with bad social media reviews.
