I have used Moxie Pest Control in Tucson for about 6 yrs now. I've moved several times and brought their services with me. I have never had a bad transaction with them. The service has always been polite and hard working. They come back if I spot any ants in the sprayed areas for free. I see several bad reviews and honestly it shocked me. In the 6 yrs of use, 4 times a year, I have never had a complaint with them. I have also never had ants in the house again, or black widows outside in the catio. I highly recommend them, I don't know anything about the sales aspect of this company, but the service has been enough for me to keep them even during layoffs. Again, I highly recommend them. I have just never had a problem with them.Review from MARYANNE D

I was disappointed and not happy with the services. I terminated the services and they charged me cancellation fee for termination of services. Why would you continue the services if you are not happy. That doesnt make sense at all.Review from Kevin B

They employ people that go door to door to solicit for their company. I have a "No soliciting" sign which is clearly visible. When Moxie rep saw that, they ignored it. First, I told them I wasn't interested. He asked who I had do the service, and I told him a neighbor and again, I'm not interested and it was time for him to leave. He went on about several people in the area that use their service, and I again told him to leave and that I wasn't interested. He ignored me and didn't move and began talking about an ant problem. He refused to leave until I opened the security gate, approached him face to face and told him if he didn't get off my property, I was going to have him arrested. This finally did the trick.Review from Jac F

Again... repeat of about three years ago... sales banging on door rude and dismissive when told to leave... finally left when I closed and locked the door... I called the company ended up with a call center... manager never returned call... makes me suspect of any service I might receive...Review from John L

Today I got a pushy sales rep at my door got me so upset I did a little research found out they are UNLICENSED in Pest Control in ** and most are here from out of state (CA). This guy told me everything to get the sale I looked up the laws and wow. They also were trying to take advantage of my 82 year old neighbor price was twice as much as what the guy told me. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!
