Absolutely horrible , nothing but a scam. We contracted with them for tentless termite treatment. The did not do even have of what the salesman said they would do, and only treated half the attic. As you can imagine 1 month later the termites were still present, 6 weeks later we still have termites. We called them back based on the guarantee they offer and scheduled a revisit to further address the problem, they never showed up at the scheduled date and time and never called to tell us they were not coming. The salesman made several promises that have never been kept. This company has clearly defrauded us by taking $1600.00 and not providing what they promised in the contract.Truly Nolen of America, Inc. Response

Truly Nolen Manager contacted ****************, yesterday to discuss the issues. He assured the customer that ***************************************** will correct the situation. They set up a call back appointment for this Saturday to inspect the entire home and treat as necessary and also scheduled a follow up appointment for two weeks after this treatment takes place. We do apologize for dropping the ball, but will work to correct the problems as quickly as possible.Review from daryl s

THEY LIE TO COVER THEIR MISTAKES. We had termites and they treated them, and we still had termites for 5 years later. Termites ate the plywood on the roof requiring a new roof that was only 8 years old. We told them for years that it was getting worse. They will not cover the 40K cost as they made a phony report to cover their mistakes from corporate office. You cannot reach corporate office at all. This was done to an 87-year-old woman on fixed income. They are the worst company you could pick. DO NOT USE THEM!!!Truly Nolen of America, Inc. Response

Truly Nolen sincerely regrets that the customer is unhappy and continuing to have issues with termites. The customer's property had pre-existing termite activity and damage prior to contracting with Truly Nolen. The customer has a Retreat Only contract with ***************************************** which includes the retreatment of the structure or affected portion while the agreement is in effect. This contract does not include any repairs. We have had our Resource Specialists visit the home and have researched the history of this account. ***************************************** only had access to half of the home's attic space until the customer's son provided more openings. Moisture was detected in the attic area that we were able to access back in 2020. The termite coverage auto-canceled due to non-payment of the renewal in July of 2023 & was not reinstated until 8 months later in March 2024. Truly Nolen was unable to inspect or do treatments during that 8 months. The new termite agreement reinstated in March 2024 has a Retreat Only warranty and does not cover any repairs for damages for pre-existing or subsequent damages caused by wood destroying organisms to the property due to moisture leaks. By accepting this agreement, the customer waived any claim for damages to the property, the structure or the contents thereof. The Retreat Only guarantee provides that in a future infestation by WDO, Truly Nolen will retreat the structure or affected portion while the agreement is in effect. Truly Nolen will be happy to pretreat any new wood that needs to be replaced , before it is installed, if the customer wishes.Review from James M

They came out to do an inspection for a refinancing, which costs around 150 dollars then they wanted another 25 dollars to receive a copy if the inspection report. Will not be using again, it's *** ke buying a coke then paying for the receipt.Truly Nolen of America, Inc. Response

Our branch manager attempted to speak with the customer to apologize for the confusion and to gather additional information. We have been unable to connect.However, our branch manager sent the requested Wood Destroying Infestation Report, which the customer paid $125 on March 4th. The additional $25 charge mentioned in the review is not standard practice and it is this that we were hoping to discuss with the customer to gain a better understanding of what created the confusion.Review from Jeanett B

Truly Nolen does not keep appointments after they are made, and if you have a yearly termite renewal policy and notice termites you should not have to wait 3 weeks after you call them once you notice you have a problem, There is damage being done to my home by termites and Truly Nolen is doing nothing about it, they keep canceling appointments which means the problem has not been taken care of as of this date, which is 2 weeks after my first call to them! Was suppose to receive a call from the manager at the local office and that has not happened so far, have been waiting **** days for that!Truly Nolen of America, Inc. Response

I gave this review to the branch manager to review and contact customer. I see several notes on her account that the local office has been trying to call the phone number on the account ************ and the call does not go through. It rings one time and then the line goes dead. Manager will try to reach customer by email. Customer can try to call ************ to reach Business Manager for assistance.Review from Judie C

Did a horrible job. Left a mess of sticky stuff all over. Did not feel comfortable around the man that came. I called and spoke to a manager and ask that that man never come back to my house for the rest of my treatment. They sent him the following time. I called to let them know about my issues and they could care less hung up on me and I am stuck in a contract. Worst thing of all not one of my bugs, or ants is gone out of my home.Truly Nolen of America, Inc. Response

We have been using Truly ***** for over 15 years. Service in the past has been adequate and without incident. Recently weve noticed several issues with service.Received a bill for service although it was apparent no service was performed. Had to plead for service to be performed and they reluctantly made an appointment for the following week. Most recently, we have had to made multiple calls regarding ants. Expected follow up call to set up appointment, but nothing. Called again several days later to inquire and set new appointment date. No show and no call on that appointment date. Called again and set up appointment in two days. Service and response time has steadily been in decline. Technicians arent performing as in earlier years and I still have ants.Truly Nolen of America, Inc. Response

The branch manager reviewed the concerns with the service technician and the service technician is scheduled to do a **************** May 4, 2023 in the morning to treat for the ants. The technician will then call the manager when completed and the manager will schedule a Quality Control and follow up with the customer to resolve the issue.Review from Alice H

Truly ***** booked a 8 am to 10 am Saturday for technician to come out. I called the Thursday before to confirm time and dated. TrulyNolan confirmed. Saturday at 10:30 called asking if and when technician was coming. They said they tried to reach my technician for an ETA. Technician not answering his phone. Two more phone calls to company till 12: 30 PM. Both times I asked for a manager to call me back today. It is now 4:20 pm and no calls from company. Very rude and poor customer service to waste my Saturday waiting for service or a call back. Driver had my cell number and email to let me know their ETA but nothing. Why did they schedule and confirm an appointment, only to be a no show, no call?Truly Nolen of America, Inc. Response

The technician scheduled to perform Ms. ********** service had an unexpected family emergency arise on the day of service. The branch manager was on vacation and the communication structure put into place in his absence failed.When the branch manager returned on Monday, he called ********************** and apologized for the difficulty that she encountered with our customer service. This certainly is not the experience that we strive to provide our valued customers. He rescheduled her service to a time that worked for her and worked to find a way to relieve her frustration.We appreciate Ms. ********** feedback and will use it to improve in the future.
